Very bad experience. I returned a product and was refunded only approx. 2% of its value. Customer service took ages to respond to my many emails, refusing to refund the full amount or a product exchange like requested.
I think the website is a scam. Ordered a crib and it’s been 2 weeks since it was supposed to be delivered and it’s still not here. Tried to reach our to them for a friendly resolution but impossible to get in touch with them. My lawyer is making a police and consumer protection complaint this week for consumer scam. (Money taken product not delivered)
I ordered a stroller for my new born baby. Its been 4 weeks now the tracking said that its retured to sender , i sent Maxi cosi a couple of emails also reached them on Facebook , cannot find any contact number, its really annoying.
There is no support no one to help you.
