They sold me HR30 foam as HR60! Is it a human error — or misleading advertising?
I bought a mattress labeled as HR60 cold foam, expecting high-density, supportive material. But the product I received weighs only 8 kg at 120×180×14 cm — a volume that should weigh around 18–22 kg if it were true HR60 foam.
This discrepancy cannot be explained by a small mistake. In my personal opinion, this is either a deliberate attempt to mislead customers, or gross negligence in product labeling and quality control.
What adds to the concern:
The visual texture and feel are very soft — more like HR30 or cheaper polyurethane foam.
No certificates or proof of material have been offered.
Customer service reacted aggressively, making refund conditional on removing my review.
No apology was offered, and they dismissed my concerns as "making things difficult."
🧾 I am documenting everything — weight, dimensions, communications — and will escalate to Dutch consumer protection authorities if the refund is not processed properly.
