Wallet for Christmas Gift
Ordered a wallet for a Christmas gift for my husband. The website is easy to use, and the ordering process is fuss-free. There was a minor blip, as the particular item I ordered was not available in the UK, but a shipment was expected from Italy anytime. This was explained to me via email and, when the shipment arrived from Italy, my order was dispatched via express mail at Maxwell-Scott’s expense. So, I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. My husband is delighted with the wallet.

I received my briefcase with no shoulder strap. I have written to Maxwell Scott and still to date no response. Very disappointed! Furthermore, there was a small mark on the briefcase that I’m not happy about. I expected it in perfect condition.

Purchased wallet
01/14/25: Maxwell-Scott UK finally called me. They were having email non-delivery issues ... not sure why. They gave me status update (wallet coming from Italy to UK to San Diego). They refunded by 2day FedEx cost. Rcvd wallet last week ... wife is happy with product. I just wish that their NY web site had mentioned that holiday orders would be significantly delayed. Anyway, all is well now :)

12/18/24: Purchased wallet, w/ 2day FedEx, from their website the week before Christmas 2024. Received email confirmation with order number. Email stated I could go to Maxwell-Scott website to monitor delivery status. One week later, still no status available. Additionally they don't respond to my emails and don't answer their phones during the time periods they state they are available. Clearly not the service I was hoping for, plus have not received the wallet.

Shoulder bags
I bought two shoulder bags. One for myself and another for my sister as Christmas presents. The package was delayed as there was no stock in the UK. I was promptly informed after placing my ordering and as a courtesy my delivery was upgraded to a day of my choosing. The package’s were elegantly and safely wrapped and I’m thrilled with the product. I hope it will be a bag for life.
