I spoke to Lisa who listened to my…query with compassion
I spoke to Lisa who listened to my issue and was very understanding of my siruation regarding my partner who has been very ill for a month and is due home from hospital. Due to a broken bed Lisa was able to rush my claim through so that i can have less stress when my partner returns home very soon and was worried that we did not have a bed for him to sleep on I am very grateful for her understanding at this time .

Bought gap insurance with them for…
Bought gap insurance with them for finance on my daughters car, was assured as long as the car had comprehensive insurance cover then this would be acceptable. Car is unfortunately written off but because im not a named driver they won't pay out. Completely missold a policy I paid for 3 years for. Customer service also shocking, takes days of going backwards and forwards to get anywhere. Avoid this company.

Spoke to Lauren today to set up GAP insurance, she was very friendly and transparent. It was very easy to set up, hopefully I never need to use it but if the claim process is as good as the customer service then I feel I’m in good hands.

Absolutely brilliant service everything explained and very friendly staff i was not made to feel pressure into buying this cover it was soly my choice. And for the price and what it covers give me peace of mind if anything happens to my car. Definitely recommend.

Had an issue with my policy and Spoke to Neil who was amazing and got the issue sorted out quick and explained what had happened and what they were doing to rectify it. I then managed to get a new policy sorted out with him too which was just what I needed and for less than I was expecting.
