I bought a car from Mbil Sätra, Skarlhomen. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Amed is really good salesman, he helped to answer all the questions I had before buying the car and delivery was also very smooth and on time. Even after deliver he was really kind to answer the queries I had.

I am writing this review after using the car for a week now after sorting out all the papers and driving car for myself.

MM Malmö. Very bad service. They told me that my air-conditioning needed to be changed and it would be changed on the insurance as it was less than a year I came back. They told me they would order the part that needed to be changed on their bill and would call me when it was home. I waited and waited and waited. No calls. No nothing. I reached them online they told me to call. But I was busy every week and weekend. When I got to them they told me I was late and they weren't. They told me it was my responsibility to call them.
They never gave me the part which was on the insurance well knowing that this was at least they could do.
The guy working on service desk was very rude. He told me that he was sorry they didn't call me and he would look it up and call me. Also he didn't call me and he told me it was my fault.

But they're quick to offer me 30k for the car if everything works but sold me to 90k when it didn't work. It's long time ago but I'm still upset that air-conditioning don't work which was on their insurance.
