Was looking for a specific function for my S212 but uncertain about the availability. Got a honest mail-feedback within a day. Even when I didn't buy the product yet, good to see that nowadays service works well.

So spent €170 plus £30 shipping and just been emailed to say I have to pay a further €40 to clear customs! Didn’t think this was a scam but how wrong I was. Avoid these cowboys, will try and get my money back through my bank

Everything works exactly as it should. I give a big plus for the excellent and fast support, which is always willing to help. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent bit of kit for a fraction of the price that a garage charge, only gripe is I bought the ultimate package and I still had to buy more credits to get all the features I wanted….. otherwise i would have given 5 stars

I think if you pay that then you should be able to activate all the features.

But other than that I highly recommend

I was fortunate to find Mbito and their products while searching endlessly for what I knew was already programed in my car. Not only is it plug and play but when you run across a problem (usually user error) they are there to help and guide you through the issue. I can't say enough for the product and their staff who are so very helpful. GREAT PRODUCT!!!***

Device feels solid and the app is easy to use and well laid out.

I had an issue with my vehicles PCM not showing up in app. Contacted support and within a week they’d updated the app and resolved my issue.

The website also told me exactly what the device could and could not do on my vehicle which was reassuring.

I’d recommend this purely for its diagnostic capabilities. With the coding as a nice bonus.

Everything is fine, i bought mBito with 150 Credit + 20 Bonus Credits. Now I got AMG Menu (Engine Oil temerature), Apple Carplay and many more features.

The Support on Instagram is also really good.

Great product and excellent customer service – I can definitely recommend MBito!

The AMG menu couldn't be activate on my 2024 G500. Activation always failed with an unknown error. After some email exchanges and sending a video, the development team was able to quickly fix the problem, and everything is working perfectly now.

Be careful , don’t buy it , it is hopeless , the only feature is find it useful is stop and start which cost 25 euro , rest not usefull

I can't fault the MBito OBD device. I struggled to find an OBD reader that worked on a Mercedes as well as letting you customise it too. It was well packaged and so easy to use. The first thing I did was to disable the annoying auto start/stop and then a few other features too. The connection between my phone and the device was fast and stable and it is so user friendly. It's a great way to diagnose your car's faults and also customise your car too. The price was very good too. I can highly recommend MBito to anyone with a Mercedes 5*

I have bought a MBito products for Mercedes W206 and apparently it is not cover in the list, being a current model which is already 4 years in production, I have wrote an email asking them and their reply is that they are not sure when they will have it out. So I bought a product I can't use. Unless you have a Mercedes more the 5 to 10 years old don't bother buying . Just a waste of money. Please check against the model that can be used before buying.

I purchased credit and, when I tried to activate a feature, surprise: it doesn’t work. I contacted Mbito to resolve the issue; they told me it would take a maximum of one week. Now I’m in the second week, and I sent them an email saying that I’m still waiting for a response, but no one has replied. In my opinion, it’s a scam. I will contact the bank to file a complaint and request my money back.

My MBito device arrived the other day. I’ve been able to use all features for my A200 like it said I could. I can now access car play, deactivating start/stop and so much more. Glad I took the chance on this device as I’ve saved myself £££. Anyone not sure about it don’t be you won’t be disappointed.

It has been over two weeks i've been trying to get in touch with someone at the team for a replacement for my defective product abiding by their warranty. they then told me to send a video of it not working i did that and haven't heard anything since. They kept telling me to make sure the ignition is on and bluetooth / location services are on which i showed them in the video. i've been emailing them every other day with follow ups hoping for a response. this company sucks. and plus, i ordered the pack + 50 credits. they only gave me 30 in my package...

I precisely bought an MBito dongle to have an Apple CarPlay in my 2018 C63 Estate. It arrived, plugged it on the OBD only to find out it does not apply on my car. I called them out for it, Lukas promptly replied and offered a refund. However, he also proposed a CarPlay “programmed” wiring harness replacement for my head unit at a reasonable price. I went for it, it arrived a few weeks later, and finally installed it last week. Et voila! It worked as promised. I am very happy.

This company is a great company, starting out I had a few problems with the product but the Mbito emailed and helped me get everything to work correctly in my vehicle, grateful for their help A+ Company.

This morning I received an email with the solution to the problem, which is important to me and I thank you, I am a fair person and for that I have to revise my rating. I also thank you for the extra credit added after the inconvenience caused.
