MB Owners BEWARE: Dishonest & Shady Service Reps
Please reconsider taking your vehicle here to be serviced. The service rep, John Masquesda is dishonest and untrustworthy. It was understood I was covered under warranty, but when I came to pick up my vehicle I was invoiced for $800+. The rep who closed me out was useless and of course John and the GM was gone for the evening. I called the next following week to reach out to the manager, left a voicemail, but he never made any initiative to return my call. I felt like I was totally taken advantage of especially for being a woman. Ladies beware! The service reps are only out to make as much money as they could cause their job is based on commission. Check this dealership out on BBB, they’re rated D-. I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere to either be serviced or looking to buy a new vehicle.
There’s a reliable Mercedes service shop called, Nicks OC MBZ. I’ve taken my last vehicle in the past there and he is an honest good person who isn’t shady and is very clear on what to expect. Reliable and totally REASONABLE with his fees.
