MBW Meet & Greet Valet Parking Reviews 

We have been regular clients, for many years, of MBW meet and greet at Heathrow. They are an excellent company - reliable, safe, secure, accommodating, professional, friendly and wonderful Sam in their office. Booking online or on the telephone is very easy and straightforward. Thank you to every member of the family team who keep us parked at Heathrow without issues, giving a great start and finish to our travel. Great for disabled passengers. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, David and Karen.

MBW Meet and Greet Valet parking were my knights in shining armour. I had originally booked with another parking provider, that left me without a reliable contact, and without good customer service. I was standing in Heathrow T5 with a car, no parking and distraught. The kind folks at MBW stepped up, got me a good rate, took my car, cared for it, and saved the day. Honestly they were amazing, helped me out when I was stressed and about to miss my flight - they handled everything with care, calm and precision and reassured me as this was my first time booking meet and greet. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond for me and my daughter and I will definitely use them again 100%.

Our experience with MBW parking at Heathrow was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Despite having booked and paid for our parking in advance and providing our booking details twice, to Holliday extras, the booking agent. Our booking had apparently been made under the name “MR Ttempbooking” with a completely random telephone number. This caused unnecessary confusion and wasted a significant amount of our time when we arrived, with staff trying to work out what had happened.
We were then rather rudely pointed towards a payment machine, handed a parking ticket and told, “Pay this!” We were subsequently charged an additional £8, despite already having paid for the parking service in full.
The experience on our return was just as poor. Once we had landed, we called MBW to let them know that we had passed through passport control and collected our luggage, as instructed. Instead of being given helpful information about where to go or when the car would arrive, we were abruptly told “you have 5 minutes.”
We were travelling with a child and had luggage with us, yet were essentially left feeling as though we had to run through the airport to avoid being the car being returned to the external car park.
Parking services should make arriving and returning from a holiday easier — not add unnecessary stress. The communication was poor, the attitude of the staff was unhelpful and the additional charge was completely unexpected.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use MBW again or recommend them to others.

Service was efficient and I would use again. THe only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is the lack of clarity on the 45 minute leeway period i,e, is that 45 mins from time originally booked or 45 mins from when we call to say we've picked up luggage. This caused me some stress as our flight was delayed due to taking a longer route to avoid bad weather so i couldnt notify you as i was already in the air. however, car was in car park and everythibg was really smooth - perhaps just clarify the wording.

Easy and straightforward. Would use again. No waiting to collect car on return.

This company is my go to at Heathrow airport terminal five. Booking is easy there is a desk on arrival. They take your car pretty much immediately and on return my car as either there or arrives within a few minutes. I’ve had terrible experiences with other companies who fail on all of the above, so now I stick with this bunch.

Excellent experience with MBW Meet & Greet at T5. The instructions were clear, the arrival process was incredibly efficient, and we were in the terminal within two minutes.
