This is a warning for anyone looking at having dental treatment with Mcan in Turkey. Why it may seem to be an affordable option this is not, their workmanship and quality of product is very very poor. As for their aftercare service their website states they have Mcan assurance and comprehensive follow-up services! This is not the case as soon as you leave Istanbul you are literally on your own any emails will be ignored and if you are on any of their whats app chat groups you will be removed. This is due to having the power to remove anyone who has had a bad experience trust me Im on a whats app group with a whole bunch of ladies who have been removed and are having issues this is the part you dont see! My crown cracked at 10 weeks after having the work done and they were in complete denial. I ended up paying AU500 for a comprehensive report which noted that they (8 crowns) had to be replaced due to bad workmanship, cracks and gaps which is likely to cause decay and problems down the track. Not to mention my front crown is crooked and also has a whole in the back which the dentist picked up. So four months down the track after providing all proof they do not want to know about it and have ignored all communicaton. I paid EU6K and im now having to pay an additional AU$22K to have them all replaced for suitable crowns. I suffer terrible toothache constantly. So please please be very careful who you choose and my advice is to stay clear of this company for anything.

I visited MCAN on 1st November for a hair transplant, after seeing a friends results from when he visited the Clinic earlier in the year. 5 days post hair transplant and I am very happy so far with how the healing is going so far. From start to finish my experience with MCAN has been brilliant. It's a very big deal flying to another country for a hair transplant, and can be very nerve racking, however the regular contact with Nursena on Whatsapp at MCAN certainly put me at ease. My dad came along with me for the journey of which he sat in the waiting area of the clinic for the day, and he was made to feel very welcome by the staff. All of the staff at MCAN were very friendly, polite and extremely professional; the clinic was also very modern and clean. Big thanks to Nursena who made my visit a positive one, and also a big thanks to the staff that completed my procedure over the 8 hours. I am now looking forward to my results in the very near future!

I had full facelift and was very happy with the out come, Dr will be honest about what you think you need and what he think is better for you. I wanted lip lift but he said no need for it, Now I can see after my facelift my lips was up due to the Musles been pulled. I was walking in Istanbul and drinking in my third days .

The experience was positive. Good communication, organisation and info before, during and after made it all pretty seamless. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The operation went well, the staff talked me through what was happening and were calm and reassuring, however their English wasn't fluent, so they couldn't properly answer all my questions.

From the very beginning, my experience with this clinic was outstanding. Before my surgery, I had a video call where all of my questions were answered clearly and with care. On the day of my arrival, the transportation was smooth and stress-free. The hotel location was also perfect, making everything so much easier.

The nurses were absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. And the doctor… truly the best! This was actually my second surgery (BBL and breast implants), and I can honestly say this time the experience was 100% better in every way. I felt safe, supported, and so well taken care of.
