The guest suite at Lady Susan Court, Basingstoke is highly recommended.
The guest suite was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed and some unexpected extras. The staff were welcoming, kind and efficient. We booked the Function Room for a family gathering and they happily sorted out a tea trolley. The meals we shared with mum in the dining room were well presented and tasty. I would definitely recommend their guest room. It made visiting my mum so easy and convenient. The room and the meals are exceptionally good value.

What a lovely modern reception area & lounge. The manager Sam Grimbleby so very welcoming, friendly and very warm to the residents.

Amelia Court can easily be your new home
Amelia Court is a very welcoming property and is always clean and fresh. There are always residents in the lounge and there is an active social committee
Also available is a dining room with high class food which can also be delivered to your apartment. This is perfect if you do not want to cook meals for one. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There is a new manager called Aimie who is putting her stamp on everything and nothing is too much trouble. The residents are really lucky to have her. The development is central to the town and walking distance to the seafront and the surrounding gardens are well cared for.

WAVENEY PLACE (NORFOLK) - FIRST IMPRESSIONS
We have been at Waveney Place (Norfolk) since September 2025.
Downsizing from a previous property which was becoming too big for our needs.
The new flat is clean and comfortable and snags were quickly sorted once we discovered how to report them.
The present House Manager is Luci Waters, who is first class.
She is kind, considerate and totally professional. Plus - Always goes well beyond the call of duty to help every Home Owner... Whatever their need.

"SOME OF US HIT A POSH HARLESTON RESAURANT LAST NIGHT
I scooted the half mile down into town with Anne whilst our lovely House Manager, Luci, ferried my other new friends by car. Along with some very necessary rollators in her boot, which, when we were all settled, got parked tidily in a corner of the restaurant!
As expected, we had a good feed, whilst nattering constantly about this and that and football!! (Surprise surprise!!🤣) – Briefly exploring the idea of a new Prime Minister. 😉But mostly we were laughing about loads of stuff.
Not least some of the stories that 8 folks with a combined age of 684 years could share after dodging around more than a few corners in life!😉🤣
It was a was a reet good evening!

Beautiful room clean and luxurious, good sower room everything thought of including robes towels soaps. Lovely view from window. Felt I was on a five star holiday. Manager even supplied a fan during heat wave.

Communal spaces.
When you first move in told what your service charge will be spent on. Community spaces will be updated every 5 to 10 years with new furnishings, carpets etc. I suppose first impressions from perspective buyers are put off by conditions of Communal lounges when they first enter.

Company has too many restrictions ie service charge 1% buyers fee. One thing that is right is our house manager Debs she is so helpful and kind nothing is too much trouble we want her forever please.

Whitefields Court, Whitfield.
I'm a visitor to Whitefields Court and I've noticed how beautiful the garden is looking. All of the hedges are neatly cut & there is a lot of colour to make the garden look vibrant. Linda is doing a fantastic job as a house manager, keeping things running smoothly. All of the residents are in fantastic spirit about the job Linda is doing, organising activities & being available for any issues that needs resolving. She takes great pride in watering the hanging baskets to keep the vibrancy alive at Whitefields Court
