MCL - no reply but unit still under warranty,

Further to my previous review. The Ash Vacuum that the parts were replaced for has again a hole in the filter and the hose has completely broken off this time so I now have no suction at all. The shop I purchased this unit from (James Knox & Sons Ltd in Kilkeel) have washed their hands of the warranty as they say they only cover 1 year of the 2 year warranty provided. Sent 2 emails to MCL (Rachael Penny & admin) so far and I haven't even got a reply other that the read receipt I had on so i know they are reading my emails. Product is useless, now broken down twice in less than 2 years and also not taking into affect that you only clean your fire out for 6 months of the year. Stay well clear of this product and these 2 companies.
