Awaiting a refund for an item that I returned on the 11th January. Feels like this company might be a scam. I don't know what to do as the only way to contact them is via email. I emaield them and got a response on the 24th Jan and they said they would look into it and be back in contact within 24-48 hours which never happened. If anyone from the company looks at these reviews please can you get in contact.
