Reckless drivers who deliver the milk
Reckless drivers who deliver the milk . I can’t count how many times the driver who delivers the milk has woken me and my family yp driving reckless up our street . You can hear the tyres screeching even when he’s about 2/3 streets away . So disrespectful in the early hours of the Morning. I’ve emailed in about 3 times to let the company know this but still nothing has been done. So I will now let everyone know until it stops . The driver will blare music whilst he’s delivering this in the early hours and slams his door then speeds off . I simply would never ever order from them , all you need to do is read the reviews on his to see how bad customer service is .

I am all for buying from local people however you really need to sort your customer service out. For 3 weeks I had the wrong milk. I kept getting sent blue even though we can't drink it. Now I have just looked and the price has gone upto £2.99 however I'm getting charged £3.11. I have checked my emails and the last one i got was to tell me I owed them money from when they kept messing up...
Im deffinetly cancelling and will be going back to the supermarket! Charged for bottles of milk we couldn't use and then told i owe them money. This is a great idea on the grand scheme of things but you really need better customer service OR beable to change it yourself online because I dont know how so many people can do it wrong. The last lady did change it for me and fully understood - however £3.11 for a bottle of milk is just a bit too steep for me

If I could give Zero - I would!
"Alfie" knocked on my door trying to get me to sign up to a delivery - when i said I couldnt at this time, I was offered a free sample, I accepted on the basis it was a one time sample and IF I was interested I would contact them when I return from Holiday.
Without me knowing "Alfie" fraugulently signed me up to a weekly delivery (obviously needed to hit his Cold Calling sales for the day!) The Deliveries started when I was on holiday (during the heatwave) so when I returned - I had a 4 pint of milk that had gone rotten and exploded all over the front of my house - welcome home!
When trying to cancel - the Portal does not give you the option - only to arrange a call back during working hours - Monday to Friday - which is useless when you work those hours, and work in a field where you are not allowed to use your Mobile Phone.
After finally locating Customer Service Email address - I engaged them to raise a complaint, to have the situation addressed, and to exercise my rights under Article 17 of the UK GDPR (Right to Erasure) have all my data removed- the reposnse from Customer Services is a terrible sub par response asking me to book a call back to cancel!
Off to Trading standards and the ICO I go - maybe that is the only way to progress my complain
Absolutely ludicrous that I have had another delivery TODAY!!!! Please please please CANCEL AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!

The simple pleasure of finding a glass bottle of milk on the doorstep in the morning cannot be underestimated. It's reminiscent of days gone by.
The easy to use ordering service is practical and knowing I can tweak the order at any time is useful.

Be wary of offers of free trials
So an individual came to my door claiming to be from a Linlithgow dairy. We don't drink cows milk but he offered us a free trial of oat milk to see what we thought then we could discuss accounts and deliveries. My bad for trusting someone. I received several phone calls demanding I sign up to a direct debit BEFORE we had even received the milk. BTW this was delivered to our neighbours door. I answered a call today and proceeded to have a lively conversation with an agent. He demanded money for the Free Trial . I refused to give him anything as the doorstep agent had completely misrepresented the company and the terms of a free trial. I managed to get them to cancel my account and clear any balance. I even offered him the opportunity to collect the milk . I also used the chat bot to get an agent to send me a confirmation email to that effect.
So disappointed in these tactics as we had been previous customers in the town we used to live in .

While we do offer a trial period, this is not free. This is an opportunity for our customers to try a delivery with us before deciding if they want to commit to longer term deliveries. Our canvassers should be there to offer a polite and insightful introduction about what the service offers. Apologies this has not reflected in your experience.
We can imagine how frustrating it must have been for a payment request when you were told that this would not be the case.
That is why we are happy to hear that you were able to speak with an agent that was able to resolve this and ensure that no money was taken. This would have also been reported back tot he canvassing manager by the agent you spoke with.
Once again, we do apologise that the McQueens experience fell short of what was expected following the misinformation that was given.
We really appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us as we can relay this back to the relevant team to ensure that this does not happen again.

Missing milk.
Our milk wasn't on the doorstep as normal. Justin had a look, ours had been stolen in the early hours. My account has been credited, and we've arranged for a (hopefully) safer place for the milk to be delivered to.

Unfortunately I have to say I am extremely unimpressed with this company. For several weeks they were delivering me 1 bottle of milk but charging me twice, so 2 separate lots of money were coming out of my account. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 different occasions over the course of a month to try to rectify this. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. Just for them to fix the problem so that I could carry on receiving my 1 milk delivery, but only pay for it once not twice. I sent then copies of my bank statements showing the transactions and was very patient and understanding in the hope they would cancel one of the DD’s.
Unfortunately even after I was told it was sorted out, it continued, so eventually I contacted them to cancel my order completely. I explained why I was cancelling (which gave them potentially another opportunity to rectify the double billing, but they didn’t seem to care. I spoke in person with someone on the phone as I had done every time. They confirmed everything was cancelled and said my balance was £0 as I had intentionally called up the day after my delivery to ensure it wasn’t when they were in a ‘milk billing cycle’ as they called it.
Can you believe I am now getting threatening emails from them saying I need to settle my account which is apparently 0.12p. So for weeks they were taking an extra few quid out of my account that they never refunded or delivered any milk for & now they’re pursuing me and threatening legal action over 12 pence. They are an absolute shambles and I do not recommend using them.
