I wrote this review and MDacne got it removed, clearly trying to hide their bad service.
Awful customer service, lock you into a subscription and you can’t cancel all but 10 seconds after as apparently the order has been shipped when it hasn’t. Fraudulent practise. Somehow held my updated card details even though I hadn’t been a member for over 2 years. Avoid. Moisturiser is drying and it’s not a custom set as all the sets are the same except you may get hydrating or retinol. Cera Ve so the exact same for much cheaper and no subscription.

Order came fast skin feels great. I just started this maybe a week or 2 weeks ago. Im 35 and get break outs around my time of the month. I woke up to my chin fully broken out when I got my order and a HUGE one on my forehead starting. I used my treatment a few times a day for 2 or 3 days on those spots and it was all gone!
