Rude, dishonest
The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. My query was escalated to him after countless issues with my delivery. Not only did he not try to help, he was rude, mocking, abrupt. Stay well away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS FOR AN ORDER AND HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY MESSED AROUND. THEY FAILED TO MAKE A DELIVERY, SO WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO COLLECT 2 TIMES - BOTH TIMES THEY WERE EITHER CLOSED OR EXTREMELY LATE EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ARRANGED WITH THEM TO COLLECT ON BOTH OCCASSIONS. OUR TIME AND MONEY HAS BEEN WASTED BY THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been meaning to write a review of this company since last summer.
I ordered and paid for a load of MDF online last July, with delivery promised within the week. After the week had passed, still no delivery and no response to emails. I called them only to be promised delivery without further delay. A few days passed; still no delivery. Another phone call, no joy. More emails, still no joy. I finally managed to speak to the office assistant - can't remember her name - who was very apologetic about the delays (that's why I've given two stars instead of one). In the end, after about three weeks of waiting, I had to drive to Bow in East London and pick up my order. When I got it home I discovered that about half a dozen of the pieces had been cut to the wrong size. All in all, terrible service. If you live in north London I'd recommend WM Thomerson in Crouch End. I went there to have the incorrect pieces replaced and they were cheaper than mdfcuttosize
