I just want to say thank you for more craft. They are the best and very kind and very professional people.

Very recently I was the victim of a fraud and had no idea until I was contacted by letter by Moorcroft. I was met with kindness and understanding and they undertook communication with Tesco Mobile. Now resolved I have to thank among others Lee and Alex for their help. Without this company I would have been lost. Tesco Mobile have from first to last never made contact with me. Disgraceful. Many thanks and a well deserved five stars to Moorcroft.

Really good advice and assistance and a financial tool, all on-line where you can analyse affordability. Advisors were clear and offered any additional help should it be needed. I had no problems setting up an affordable payment with Moorcroft.

After receiving a text message to get in touch which l did the same day, it was easy explaining my issue that l had, and they sorted it out well within 15minutes, excellent service.

Spoke to wonderful representative named Kai, he listened to everything I had to say,he understood the issues I have both financially and medically I felt completely at ease with him.
I've spoken to moorcroft representatives before and found them all to be knowledgeable about issues people face and they have all treated me with respect.
I even told one representative that their customer service department need to give lessons to other companies, in how to treat people..

So I understand as a debt company, the reviews will never be positive, but I just need to outline how ridiculous this website is. The only way for you to access your account online is by having the Moorcroft reference number, even though there's supposed to be a secure portal that you can register using your email and password. When you go back to log in, you cannot log in using your email and password you just used to create the account. You can only use the Moorcroft reference number. Now, I don't know about you, but 90% of the times, most people will not have access to their Moorcroft reference number because they'll use it once to set up the account and never again. What's the point of asking for your email and password if you are unable to log in using this?
