Not what I was hoping for
My experience at Me Spa gave me more anxiety than relaxation. I do have to say that Jessica gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage, but the fact that we were not able to talk about my needs and preferences made it very difficult. She would have to stop was she was doing to get her phone to translate for us to have any interaction, and although I appreciate her willingness to do this, I find it disruptive when paying for an hour which should not involve any work for me as a customer. It was also disruptive that she seemed to be the only staff member present which meant she had to leave the message to answer the door and deal with other clients ( I am guessing). Another negative about this visit was the table itself. The area where you put your face was blocked by long trailing fabric which made it difficult to breathe and although the table was heated, there was no sheet provided to get under before the message started. I have gotten many messages over the past 30 years and always remove all of my clothing, but have always been provided with a sheet to allow at least a little bit of modesty. It would also be helpful for cards to be printed to explain what "medicine" was being suggested for application to my shoulders and oddly enough, my nostrils. Overall, as I said, Jessica did a great job despite the challenges I listed and my review it not intended to discourage business. I would hope to simply point out some areas with which I feel the might need to work to give a better experience for any other new customers
