Love this fan! Beautifully made and easy to use. The remote control is a lovely addition too - as are the three ‘modes’ that can be used so that the fan slows overnight when you cool down. Very clever! A lovely product!

Humidity Saviour!
Humidity saviour! I bought this product during our "heat dome 🥵 " . It felt that the whole of our home could not breathe! The floors, banister, walls were running with the humidity and no fan was going to cut it and air conditioning was not in the budget. After a lot of research, reviews, I can only say I wish I had bought this before the heat dome warnings, it has been amazing!!!
When it did arrive you have to leave it stand for 6 hours because of it being in transit before you can turn it on. Make no mistake, it is not light, although it is on castors and easy to push around, taking it up a flight of stairs, you may need some help. It is neat, compact, has a carry handle, very easy instructions, easy to empty. Within 3 days I emptied it 4 times and each time it was full! I can only imagine the condensation/mould build up the house is retaining during that time had I not purchased it. I've not seen an impact on my electricity bill either which with the drying mode on it I can only assume is going to be very beneficial during the winter months. I definitely would recommend it 👌

Got a little concerned after I ordered 2 Arete Two 20L and didn’t receive a dispatched email and the message on the telephone number said they had no more stock. I needed them to be delivered as promised due to going away. I need not have worried they were delivered within the time frame stated on the order via DPD.

I bought my MeacoDry ABC 12L directly from Meaco Dehumidifiers.co.uk. It broke under warranty, and I reported it 16 days ago. I have been completely ignored. I tried calling, spoke to an AI bot that promised a callback (never happened), and sat on hold yesterday for 48 minutes before giving up. Appalling service. Serial number: MPR240476382530. Please contact me immediately to sort a replacement.
