My experience was a headache
My experience was a headache, customer service is very unprofessional, after I cancelled and returned the items because they were not up to my expectations, they tried multiple times to process payments and finally ended up having to call them to cancel yet again, then with the fake "oh now I can process your refund" (since you called after we have received the items and failed to process the actual return until I called), and not to mention still having to wait another ten business days for the return. RUN!!! DON'T WALK AWAY....FASTER

This is the only Hydr lotion and cream that I use.I have had people over the years ask what I use and does it really work.(Yes)example, Im 68 and people say they I look like Im in my early 50's. I use it daily before i put any makeup on, and have a nice glow to my skin.

I like the profuct, but the customer service is horrible. Canceling the membership is a nightmare. If you want to try the product, buy it as a one time purchase. Do not get a subscription because it's nearly impossible to get out of. Because of this, I will never use the product ever again nor recommend it to anyone. Theives.

Customer Service nightmare
The product is okay, but the customer service is horrible. Canceling the membership is a nightmare. I would think seriously before starting a subscription. If you want to try the product, buy it as a one time purchase. Do not get in a subscription because it's nearly impossible to get out of. This is by far the worst customer service experience that i've had in a very long time!!!!!!

Intro Kit only lasts 10 days; unadvertised subscription trap
This product may be the best ever, but the experience is dreadful !!! If you order the Introductory Kit, it is actually tiny sample sizes that don't even last two weeks if used as directed (and I was frugal). What they don't tell you up front is that if you order the Introductory Kit, they automatically sign you up for a subscription that will be $254 every three months--and it is VERY difficult to get them to cancel it. First, you can't evaluate a product with only 1-1/2 weeks of trying it, then they tell you that the next week you will be getting a 3-month supply and you really can't evaluate its effectiveness until after you have completed at least the next 3-month supply. How deceptive can you get ??? NO, it's NOT full-size products, so NO, the Intro Kit is NOT worth over $279, then they sign you up for automatic shipments without your knowledge. The product may be great--who knows ??? But the merchandising is misleading and borders on false advertising.

As part of the membership, you also receive member discounted pricing, full control of your account through the member portal, and recurring shipments for continued maintenance. Approximately one month after your first order, you will receive your full-size kit, which is designed to last for about 90 days.

Noticeably Softer & Brighter Skin
I’ve really been enjoying these skincare products. My skin feels softer, looks brighter, and has a healthier glow overall. I also appreciate that they occasionally include free bonus items with orders. In my last purchase, I received their Restorative Scalp Treatment as a complimentary gift. The only downside was that it didn’t include a pump, so I’m not quite sure how to apply it easily. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the products so far.
