I bought the introductory products
I bought the introductory products. That's all I wanted. Soon after I was charged over $57 for a recurring membership. I did not ask for that. I called immediately to cancel and to receive a refund. I was told I would receive the refund in 24 hrs. Never got it, but later on here comes another shipment. I WAS DECEIVED!!! I don't care who owns this brand, it's DECEPTION!!!! I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK.

One order placed turns into MANY. And MANY big chargeS!
The "really small print" (these were the words the customer service person used when I called to inquire about this second shipment), is where you will read about the program you are signing up for, yet when you're placing your first order, you think it's the one order you are buying. There is no indication that you are signing up for continued shipments & charges. Before you know it, you will have MANY shipments arriving with hundreds of dollars charged to your account. Very misleading when you place your first order. Not even sure if the product is worth it, cause I haven't had a chance to use it enough. And another shipment arrived that I had not idea was costing me and had even been ordered. I would never order again from Meaningful Beauty, even if it turns out I like the product. Not a very honest system at ordering.

Don't buy from this company unless you want to be charged hundreds of dollars for product you did not agree to after canceling the subscription due to product making my skin turn cherry red and bumps. Cx 3 months ago still being charged. Customer service is very rude and tells you it is your problem.

I’ve used the product for a couple of years now I did like it, but my skin is changing. I never felt like I got instructions for the other products that they would send in the package of your daily routine products. Every time I wanted to re-order it was a hassle long hold times for a phone call. When I made the decision to cancel my subscription that was a huge runaround lots of disconnecting calls, but I was able to finally get through. They don’t want to lose you as a customer so they try very hard which is understandable but they should honor your decision and not make it a difficult process.

Beware the Auto Shipping
I ordered online 1 time to try the products. the products were delivered and some of the containers were defective. i also did not realize that when you order once they automatically lock you in for 3 more deliveries when i canceled after the second delivery showed up they said i had to pay for all deliveries in order to cancel. what a shady deal. would not recommend to anyone.

I purchased a one time deal. Instead they sent me another a month later and charged me again. I cancelled a subscription that I never agreed to and they still charged me again. It's a scam and you are aware of this.

My gift gone wrong!
I was actually the recipient of a gift. and I was enjoying the products at but early on the youth activating melon serum pump wouldn't work on my bottle. I tried everything I could I tried shaking it all to the top I just shaking it all to the bottom it was not even close to me half used it was maybe a fourth and so I called them to ask him is there some kind of trick or something I can do I mean I didn't want to take it apart and break it or something and they just basically told me that because I wasn't the account holder they couldn't do anything for me and suggested I jus2 even if I did know whose name she had her account and I would never have even called her to ask that because it was a gift and I would have just felt bad calling and saying can you please give me your information so I can you know do something about what's wrong and I told them that and they say on their website that they believe not only in kindness in their products but in kindness in the world and yet they wouldn't help me with this one bottle of serumf that the pump didn't work on. know really wanted to be able to use and short of breaking the bottle open which proved difficult as well as I mean as a matter of fact I haven't got it broke open but I did try and it doesn't really want to break open 😂... darn... 😞 at any rate i had hope for some magic trick like it it in the freezer then... 8dk but they were short with me and just said they don't know I'll have to shake it however i can. I could of mailed it back to then if it was the product they wanted back. I mean to can definably tell it's their product. I guess they think it might not be paid for so they won't replace it? if this drug even available in stores because I've not seen it in stores . Sohow can you even ?? 9dk 8 just know this, it isn't cheap. Not so if it's can afford it. Scam You into a Subscription
Wife ordered a sample pack then and a month later we get a package from them and a charge of $90. Returning and disputing the charge.
Never signed up for a subscription and the product is not worth what they are charging.
Called their customer service and had to fight our way through the double talk to get resolved. And they are making us pay for the return shipping.

Never received shipment. I have contacted them by email and still waiting on refund. I supplied them with all of the order details and now they’re saying they can’t find my account information. Filed a dispute with my bank. Hate dealing with companies that have terrible customer service

I purchased the meaningful beauty kit with the free items you can pick . Products we're packaged very nicely and arrived quickly. Once you have the items to try, their website is very easy to cancel or modify your subscription. Unfortunately
The products irritated my skin and had to contact customer service. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend for you to try the products, because even though they didn't work for me, they may work for you.

I ordered a little trial size set for…
I ordered a little trial size set for my wife to try and see if it was something she liked. I get home today and I’ve got another package from them. I call and the say oh you signed up for a subscription (which I didn’t ) if you want to cancel it’s an additional $202 dollars more. How when I never signed up for it. I said I’ll pay for this box you delivered but I want it cancelled and my credit card deleted. That’s the other problem I’ve got with the company my credit card. I never asked for it to be saved to the site and it won’t let me delete from their site which is really screwed up. When I called to have that removed customer service wouldn’t remove it either. So they are holding my credit card info and however many other clients as well without being able to delete it. Not a company I’m real happy deal with anymore which sucks cause my wife liked some of the product in the trial pack. Be careful when ordering I know I will in the future.
