If I could give them 0 I would! Absolutely shocking treatment from them. They do not answer any emails. Been waiting for my treatment for weeks but have gladly taken my money. I have used this company since September and this is how they treat you!

Misleading and Untrustworthy
This company engages in very questionable practices. For example, they suddenly calculated “gaps” between my orders, even though they had not sent my item for nearly three weeks. In their own messages, they stated delivery should take 7–10 days, yet they failed to follow through. The experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all.

Switched from mounjaro 7.5 to Wegovy…

Switched from mounjaro 7.5 to Wegovy 1mg as suggested by them on 26th Aug.
Still has not been approved. They said its not 10 days it's 10 working days... They dont tell you that.

I explained that some friends ordered the new mounjaro this week at higher price and within 2 days they got there order....

They said sometimes the system does not follow the normal order process.

There sevjce is shocking
Called twice on hold for 45 mins and they then disconnect call. Second time I was on hold for over 1 hour and they disconnected my call.

They promised they would escalate 4 days ago and yet still not authorised prescription.
It is terrible terrible service...

Avoid!

My 1st order was very smooth and they did what they say the will, and I was informed every step. 2nd order complete difference!!! Ordered before price hike but swapped to wegovy following their suggestion, money taken still waiting review when I log onto my account!! Odd generic emails at the start blaming the price hike on demand. Customer complaints response same generic excuse not actually addressing my issues!!! Wont have drug in time for next treatment and still silence from company though they have my money!!!!!! Appalling service!!!

Contact finally!
I have finally been contacted by med express, I put my order in on the 18th August. They have promised a refund within 10 days, wow they have had my money a long time, I'm not holding my breath, luckily I was able to afford to go elsewhere, and I had my order processed and delivered within 48hrs. And I've injected it into me! I feel for those that have missed there injections because of med express incompetence.

Avoid at all costs

I started on mounjaro and was offered to swap to wegovy of which I accepted, placed my order weeks ago and still stating awaiting clinical review, I have sent 2 complaint emails are have been told ita been escalated however had no response and STILL waiting review. I now have no meds and having to start over again. Medexpress took my money and havent received the order.

Poor service…

After a really unhelpful discussion with customer services who were unable to tell me when my order would be processed (it was past the 7-10 days promised) I cancelled my order. I am now without my next dose and probably will be for another week having ordered from a different provider. I am really shocked that this low level of service is allowed to continue. I encourage people to avoid this provider.

Took money wait two weeks still no injection waiting or prescriber to write it of rubbish

I have been waiting two week for my injections number of emails I sent I rang and still same thing they will escalate it come on if you don’t have it say so lady on phone assured me they have it so why are they not sending it take the money. And don’t dispatch it. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with med express absolute disgusting yet advertising on fb and instagram that people getting it with in 48 hours. Terrible service AVOID.

Terrible service AVOID.. take your money and then your order sits for 2 weeks waiting for clinical review.

They should have stopped people ordering if they had staff and supply issues.

Trying to get hold of anyone to get a refund is painful. Waiting on the phone for 50 minutes and then getting someone who cannot help! Standard line is it’s been escalated! Bottom line is nothing is being done.

New customer bad service

New customer here ordered on 23rd August, still not received a clinical review, let alone any news on when I may receive my medication. Very disappointed, getting fibbed off with standard emails about Mounjaro but i ordered Wegovy! Fed up already and asking for a refund and would recommend you steer clear of this company.

Been using them for over 5 months now

Been using them for over 5 months now. Never no issues before, go to order 12.5mg on august 27th. All out of stock because the price increases. Left me with the only option to switch from Mournjaro to wegovey. I do this hesitantly as I needed my dose the next day. I rang up asking to cancel a few days later since they hadn’t even reviewed it to send it out. Was convinced just to wait it out on the phone. Waited a bit longer but decided to ring them September 1st and cancel. All cancelled and now waiting for a refund. So I can go and order Mournjaro elsewhere, will have to start from 2.5g again. Quite annoyed,

Poor Service from MedExpress

Been with MedExpress for my Mounjaro orders since before price increase, was made aware via media that increase was going to happen, didn’t try to panic buy but instead put my usual order in as we are supposed to do. I was aware that hat there were going to be delays but MedExpress assured its customers that although they had a huge influx of orders it may take up to 10 days for dispatch that we would receive our orders on time. It’s been 3 weeks since order and payment now, I have contacted the call centre multiple times only to be told different things each time! First it was that I am an existing customer and a priority the next time, we have stock and we are working as quickly as we can and we have a backlog, the next time I have been emailed to say that they are out of stock!!! The communication has been very poor, and customer service have obviously been told to appease customers to keep them waiting until stock becomes available. In the meantime they have still taken on new customers instead of holding off and taking care of their existing ones until their stock issues were dealt with but unfortunately it just seems to be about making as much money as they can from people who are already on their weight-loss journey and they know that they require their doses to be delivered in time to continue treatment. I and so many existing customers have been treated so poorly and I would not recommend this company to anyone! I would give zero stars if I could!
