What a horrible company. Ordered Dec 3, today is Dec 23. They have not shipped.

Called them today, as they charged my card on Dec 4th. I expect them only to charge me when the item ships. THey now say they cant ship one as it is discontinued, they say I will be refunded in 5 days.

I wonder of the positive reviews are fake reviews.

Just got the alex orthopedic cushion and it is fabulous.

I’m so thankful for the BetterBack. I fell and fractured a vertebrae and have not been able to sit, this seat does make me a bit more comfortable, I’m so thankful!

I ordered 4 nebulizer masks changed for 4 received only 1. Have tried by email and phone to get this resolved and NO communication from company. When supplies are ordered they are needed. Answer the customer put your head in the sand.

I've ordered medical device, paid taxes and shipping.
After Fedex left package they send me via mail Invoice for Duties/taxes.
Medex never showed on final page when i was purchasing this device that it's going to be imported and that taxes/duties will need to be paid!!!
Fedex also is doing business inappropriately, if seller is not marking who's going to pay for duties they automatically transfer duties to buyer. If I knew there are duties that cost almost as device it self i would have never accepted the package, but no, Fedex first left a package (not only left but gave it to my wife in person WITHOUT saying anything about duties!!!) and then sent duties/taxes invoice via mail. Sent message to Medex but they never replied back. Called Fedex and they gave me email to dispute it. Will see what happens. Trying to call Medex now.

Will never use this company again. Undependable. 2 day DELIVERY turned into 1 week just to ship, and still no product. Unable to perform EKG's in my office while waiting for paper for my machine...an entire week ! Promised 2 day next day after I complained, but STILL not received 2 days later, and no tracking number provided.

I recently ordered from another company and its been 5 days and I didn’t receive a shipping notice so I contacted them 2 days ago and still no response. I ordered thru Medex and I have gotten plenty of communication and real time processing on the app! I will definitely be using this company for my future purchases! 5 stars!!!!
