I have used this company lots in the past to get forms printed for work. I wanted to get a sign made for the side of the building and sent proofs of which ideally i wanted it to look like. However they would not let me see what the sign would look like until I had paid for it and I am not paying for something that I do not know what it is going to be like, but apparently this is their policy.
Must have change since the last time i used them as I had to approve proofs before they would print forms for the practice...

I used Media Design and Print to print strut cards, table plans and other signage for my wedding last year. the price was great as was the quality of the products. They went out of their way to call me to confirm details about the imagery I had sent to ensure the best quality print on the finished product which in my eyes is great customer service! I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
