⚠️ Banned Without Evidence or Appeal: A Warning for Users
I am sharing this experience to warn others about Mediamaxxing’s arbitrary enforcement and lack of transparency.
Recently, I used their services for a video campaign. Despite following their guidelines and producing content similar to examples they themselves recommended, I was permanently banned from their platform and Discord server with no clear explanation.
When I reached out to their support team (Mouny), the only reason given was an "obvious" assumption that I was using bots, despite the video only receiving 3k views. When I asked for evidence or a basis for this judgment, support refused to provide any, stating simply: "dont deny."
Key issues with Mediamaxxing: 🚫 No Due Process: You are banned without evidence or a fair review. 🚫 Unprofessional Support: Support staff dismiss questions and refuse to explain decisions. 🚫 Arbitrary Bans: Users are punished based on subjective assumptions rather than facts. 🚫 No Appeal: Once banned, there is no way to contest the decision or regain access.
If you are looking for a platform that respects its users, provides clear communication, and offers fair treatment, I highly recommend avoiding Mediamaxxing. Their treatment of customers is unprofessional and damaging to their reputation.
Note: I was banned from their Discord server shortly after this interaction, further silencing any attempt to resolve this dispute.
