My experience with MediBargains was great. Using the website was simple. I placed my order and it arrived promptly and carefully packaged within the expected time frame. I faced no problems and received a professional service throughout. I'd happily use them again.

Great customer service and on time delivery!

I placed an order in October and received an order confirmation email. It also stated that 'for my convenience' they had created an online account for me...which I did not want. However, after several days I had not received my goods and not even any tracking information from them or a courier. I logged into the account that they had 'helpfully' created for me to find that my order history showed that I had not placed any orders. They did not respond when contacted. I used Paypal to pay and requested a refund. I would only award zero star if available. Check other reviews I am not alone!

No delivery information or reply from my email.I guess I have lost my money.Wouldnt use this company again.😐

Items ordered arrived on time. However, wrong items sent. Now trying to return items to swap for correct ones. Returns system/customer service a joke! Says to leave a message no one gets back to you. Says to e-mail no one gets back to you. Avoid this company.

I ordered some items for my husband yesterday morning in a fit of anxiety as our pharmacist was unable to fulfil his prescription due to an apparent shortage. By the afternoon I had been notified the items had been despatched and - hey presto - they arrived 1st class with the postie today. Really brilliant service, I definitely would use this company again if necessary (but hoping this is a one-off!).

Fantastic! On time, no problems, extraordinary care about the client. Nothing to complain about.

I have used this company in the past without a problem.
Ordered recently paid for 1st class post as needed urgently. They said it was on its way and even sent tracking number with Royal Mail - tracking number didn’t exist and item never arrived. No response from company via email or message.
Luckily I paid via PayPal so had to claim back the cost.
Won’t trust them in the future.

I have been using this provider for a while and have found their products to be of a high quality whilst being competitively priced. I previously contacted the provider about making a bulk order and they were able to offer me a discount for doing so. Good communication and reliable service.

Ordered 11th November nothing has been delivered, the tracking number doesnt work. No replies to emails or telephone calls. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

**update, they have issued a refund, reckon the package was sent but they dont know where it is and now there is a shortage of this product but I managed to buy it elsewhere and it arrived the next day?

Excellent customer service and wide selection of products.

I'm never disappointed when I shop at MediBargains. They have a wide selection of good quality medical supplies in different categories - they have really good prices for their multipack face masks, which are a must in these uncertain times.
To top it all off, their customer service is spot on, any problems or queries that I may have are immediately and promptly resolved.

I'm a regular shopper here, at these prices, I'll be mad not to!

My order was delivered faster than expected, which was good as I needed it quickly. The price of the items and quality were great. I will certainly buy again from this company.

The 1st order was delivered neat and complete. The 2nd order was partially delivered. When I ask when the rest will be delivered, I do not receive an answer to my email or via the website. Unfortunately, after sending the messages, my order history has now also been deleted by them in my account. So now I can't see at all what is yet to come and when this is going to happen. I am very disappointed.

I recently ordered some equipment, and was impressed with the quality of the products - they were to a high standard & great value for money. Not to mention the items came quickly! Excellent customer service.

I have been waiting for an item ordered and paid for, but cannot get through on the telephone, nor do they reply to emails. So I am in limbo. Wish I had gone to Amazon!
