We did note that you joined around 15 minutes after the start, which may have meant you missed some of the key framing that helps the rest of the course make sense. There was also a 30-minute dedicated Q&A sessions at the end of the course, and we didn’t receive any questions from you at those points, which can sometimes be a useful way to clarify areas in real time.
As this course is designed for senior clinicians, including consultants, it does build on existing familiarity with core clinical governance concepts. We aim to deepen and structure that knowledge rather than introduce it from first principles, which may have contributed to your experience.
That said, we always want our teaching to be as clear and accessible as possible, so your comment is helpful for reflection. The majority of participants on the day rated the course very highly, but we take all feedback seriously and will continue refining how we explain key ideas.
If you would be open to it, we would be very happy to follow up and clarify any areas that did not land well for you.

Really good concise interview training. Provided good insight to think upon what you need to speak in the interview. Very happy that I was able to get it on track soon after first session, after not knowing where to start. You need to practice a lot and think about it to get it right.
