No way of cancelling your subscription. There is no website to login online. I will have to contact my bank to stop these payments of £49.99 a year. Completely untrustworthy.

Bought this to help with my degree in 2020. Zero helpful videos and no way of canceling. Took money out of my account randomly so had to bring it up with my bank as there was no replies from emails. If you have an account with these people delete and contact your bank asap!!

Adding on to my comment, I'm noticing a pattern with post mortem live or Samuel Peri. Please be cautious with anything to do with them as I've read on Facebook that people have had issues and difficulties getting their money back or any type of communication from them is useless.

Absolute scam. Bought it in lockdown to help with my degree. Poor material and rarely used. Has repeatedly took money out of my account yearly with no option to cancel. You google it and there is no longer a website. Seem to have sold it onto a company called world on fire events who again have no contact info to cancel. Have had to raise it with my bank. Disgraceful

Do not sign up to anything with this company or ITAE productions as you shall never be able to cancel payments coming out of your account. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank in the hope that I can claim back some of the hundreds of pounds they've taken from me.

STAY WELL CLEAR!! Terrible. I did the year subscription last year which never worked properly. I contacted them numerous times with no response. I gave it up as a bad job until I saw they'd taken another years subscription in October. Have emailed them several times with no response with the last email saying it couldn't be delivered.
Complete scam artists.
Have contacted my bank & will be contacting fraud.

Be careful subscription, I have messaged them, there website links don’t work, I have sent email and can’t get in contact with anyone to cancel subscription so I am going to have block their payment from credit card side

Be very careful about subscribing to the company. They have left me with an annual subscription that I have no way to cancel and continue to take my money. They are very quick to respond when you want to subscribe and purchase, but complete radio silence when you want to leave.

Absolute sham company, avoid at all costs, they will cancel your ticket and refuse refunds. They do not respond to any correspondence. They have no contact number on their website - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I booked tickets in February for an event that was unfortunately cancelled supposedly run by this ITAE group/ medic-layer - we were given the choice of a change of venue or refund. I requested we be moved to another date/ venue. After multiple emails to the company over 10 weeks I still have had no correspondence. Nothing confirming we have been changed onto a different date which is closely approaching! Absolutely disgusting/ non existent customer service - no response from emails and there is no longer a direct contact number. I am very angry as I paid £150 to this company which it seems I won't be getting back... absolute SCAM and heartbreaking especially when a lot of people signing up are students/ NHS/ Medical staff who have given up their hard earned money to buy tickets.

They work as part of the ITAE productions limited who owe me refunds from cancelled events in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. 2 years later no communication from them and no refund and they now trading as dinner and dissection instead of anatomy lab live. I'd suggest you stay away as if for any reason it's cancelled you won't get your money back. They cut off all ways of communication and they shut down their facebook page and their anatomy lab live website say they have sorted all refunds when clearly they haven't. If your reading this don't purchase anything from ITAE group which includes, anatomy lab live, dinner and dissection, medicplayer and post mortem live.

Absolutely stay away from this! I have been trying for a year to cancel the monthly subscription of £12.99 after my daughter reaching out multiple times to advise them she no longer can access the system. I have had to cancel my credit card with my bank to have this subscription disabled. At the same time the debits going off impacted my credit score. These people don't bother to reply or respond to anything.

The fact that this company is not verified or has ever responded to any negative comments on this website should be a giveaway of the scam artists they are!

When to a postmodern event today. Kidna disappointed with the whole thing. Its no worth £79. As their was no human dissection. Only pigs dissection. The quality of the project needs a upgrade, as the pictures shown were bad quality. The only good thing was the information given by the people running it. It was over a hour late to start. It had to many long gaps. It's not a full 4hrs so very misleading. Kidna feel rip off as they only preforming school level dissection. Not very well explained on website.

It was a great night something different to do on a Sunday but loved it despite some nerves as didn't know what to expect I loved it and would so do it again it was worth the wait considering it was a covid birthday present. It would be good to do a dentistry tour for anatomists and dental nurses etc.

Stay clear of these scam artists! Just like everyone has already stated once you subscribe, there's no way to cancel! I've filled in 3 different cancellation forms, emailed them and they're still taking my money! I've now got my bank involved. Disgusting, especially as most people using this are students

We’re from Australia and a year ago we subscribed to an annual subscription of Operating Theatre Live for our daughter because she was interested in the online clinical work experience (24 hours on the ward plus live walk around the ward) component of the programme which includes a UCAS certificate upon completion. Sadly after a few months, the programme suddenly disappeared and it evolved to MedicPlayer. The funny thing is “none” of the features mentioned earlier is available now. It’s just purely videos with no interactions whatsoever. When we wrote in to ask about the UCAS certificates and the clinical work experience component, no one bothered to reply us.

After reading some bad reviews in Facebook about subscription cancellation (which we did not know it’s a reoccurring one, as we only signed up for 1 year £116.19), we quickly tried to cancel it “3 months before” the end of the subscription. We noticed that the “cancel” button is disabled and we wrote in to their technical team using the online form (following their FAQs). Received no response (not even a confirmation email stating that we have sent a request) and we wrote again. Again no response. We practically wrote 3 times and still no response. So we thought it should have gone through. It can’t be a one way sign-up and no opt-out option, right?? Who does that? Scammers?!

Upon reaching the expiry of the subscription, we were charged a whole year, yes a whooping £116.19!!! They’ve completely ignored our requests or pretended that we didn’t send it. And imagine this is to pay for something that no longer exists as per their initial key selling points.

We replied back using their renewal subscription email to us about the situation and they’ve responded this in the email “To cancel your account log into MY ACCOUNT and complete the cancellation form. This can take 7 days to process as per the terms of use.”
Excuse me, we’ve followed the FAQ and have notified a few months back!! Oh boy, this is really going in circles.

We have reported to our bank and it’s been treated as a fraud case.

There is no subscription cancellation options anywhere visible. You actually have to google their cancellation form to find it and then they just ignore it anyway and carry on charging you.

I have filed out the form twice AND sent an email but they have carried on charging me anyway.

I have had to get my banks fraud department involved to stop any further payments and are refunding/reclaiming all payments since I first submitted the unsubscribe form.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for several months and have had no reply as of yet.

I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription and have been ignored each time, I'm now having to take this matter up with my bank. The fact that you have to send them a request to cancel is stupid, you should be able to cancel whenever you like. Many videos are are titled one thing and have the corresponding workbook but the video that is uploaded under that is completely different, and that same video uploaded in numerous other videos place, they also say that you can view the model answers on their social media which is not the case they cant be found anywhere, so there is absolutely no point in completing the workbook as you cant check it is correct which completely voids there selling point as being used as NHS CPD. Save your money and avoid this site! New episodes rarely come out and at £12.99 a month this is extremely over priced
