I recently had surgery through Medi Makeovers, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

Medi Makeovers were incredibly organised, supportive, and transparent throughout the whole process. Every step was clearly explained, and I always felt like I was in safe hands.

My surgeon was exceptional - professional, thorough, and reassuring. Dr Teerapat explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable.

The nurses were warm and attentive. They checked on me regularly, ensured I was comfortable, and made my recovery so much easier.

The hospital was clean, modern, and well equipped.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic - comfortable, cleaning was always immaculate, and ideal for recovery, with direct access to the shopping mall so you never had to step outside at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a perfect environment to rest and heal.

Overall, I had an amazing experience with Dani and her team at Medi Makeovers and would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery overseas. The level of care, professionalism, and support was outstanding.

I recently travelled to Bangkok for my breast reduction with implants, and after doing a lot of research in Australia, I chose Medi Makeovers — and I’m so glad I did.
From the very beginning, my Client Manager Chris organised everything for me. The whole process was seamless, including airport pickup, hotel accommodation, Zoom consultation with the doctor, hospital arrangements, and all transfers. It made the experience stress-free, especially travelling overseas for surgery.
Hotel Experience
My husband and I stayed in a beautiful five-star hotel with breakfast included. The location was perfect — with Terminal 21 right downstairs and direct access to the MRT station. This made everything incredibly convenient, especially while recovering.
There were so many things for my husband to do while I rested — gym, sauna, pool, shopping — and everything we needed was just a short 5-minute walk away, including food, massages, and even hair services. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the overall service was excellent.
Surgery & Care
The surgery itself went very well. I experienced minimal pain on the first day and almost none afterwards, which really surprised me.
I chose Dr. Teerapat because of his strong reputation and his stitching technique. He performs a high volume of surgeries and the results are excellent — my healing so far has been very good.
Chris has been incredibly supportive and available 24/7, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the journey.
The nursing staff were kind and attentive. Although English isn’t their first language, they always made sure I was comfortable and well looked after.
Recovery & Follow-Up
I am now back home recovering well. Chris is still in contact and very supportive, and Medi Makeovers continues to follow up on my recovery for up to 12 months.
Overall, I have no regrets choosing Medi Makeovers. They are professional, organised, and truly supportive from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery overseas.

Having spent over 12 months contemplating having a tummy tuck and breast lift, I reached out to Medi Makeovers who were nothing but understanding and transparent about the entire process and expectations on results. Everything was organised from drivers to accommodation, all I had to do was book my flights. Dr Teerapat was honest and did not give unrealistic promises. The nurses were extremely helpful and were available around the clock during the stay at hospital. Accommodation was absolutely stunning with the convenience of Terminal 21 for food, shopping and self care. I went over by myself with my partner joining me 9 days later which I found gave me time and space to heal in my hotel without any distractions. Dani was absolutely amazing always checking in if I was ok and offering advice on amenities in the area, I not once felt alone during those 9 days. Now that I am back home, I am still receiving check ins. Would I recommend Medi Makeovers? Absolutely, it doesn't hurt to reach out and enquire. I personally will be going through Medi Makeovers for any further procedures in the future.

I wanted a face rejuvenation was worried but determined and found it was easy to do and everything: the doctor, hospital, nurses, procedure were top quality so no worries except getting through the post op discomfort for a while and that is worth it to get great results. You want it! Go ahead and do it without fear or worries this is the way to go.

I travelled with MediMakeovers for surgery with Dr Terrapat . I was provided very clear emails and phone calls regarding what to bring, pre surgery and post surgery requirements, hotel and transport information. I was nervous but followed the instructions of where to collect my baggage and where my driver would meet me. It was very easy. The hotel was very well equipped and the staff were very friendly. They breakfast was amazing with lots of different food options. They staff get to know you and would remember how I liked my delicious omelette each morning 😄.
I do recommend bringing a travel companion if possible as the first few days can be hard emotionally.
The nurses were very attentive even with the language barrier. You can use Google translate if required.
The surgery itself went well. I had very minimal pain on day 1 and no pain going forward.

From the moment I first spoke with Christine at MediMakeovers, the entire process felt easy and stress-free. She stayed in constant contact, answered every question quickly, and I always felt supported, heard and well-informed every step of the way.

When we arrived in Bangkok, everything was seamless—from transport straight to the hotel to the VIP treatment we received. The hotel was beautiful and being connected directly to the air-conditioned shopping centre was such a bonus!

Dr. Terrapat was professional, friendly, and I felt completely safe in his hands. I had a breast lift, implants, tummy tuck, upper abdominal and flank lipo and I was amazed that I felt no pain afterwards.

My whole experience with Medi Makeovers was great from start to finish. Julie and Dani were very helpful from the beginning and made me feel at ease. Everything was organised perfectly and I really didn’t have to worry about much except booking my flights.

As soon as I landed in Bangkok, Dani was texting me to make sure I was ok and where to find the driver, when I got to Terminal 21- Centre Point, the hotel staff were fantastic, I’ve never been treated so well at a hotel before. I understand now why Julie and Dani recommended Centre Point. Shopping centre right there below you, all the facilities you could ask for and breakfast everyday.
Dr Teerapat and the nurses made me feel safe and very looked after. I love that we had reviews after surgery and always checked on. I made friends with the other girls and honestly never felt alone. The whole team at medi makeovers are fantastic and informative, they will let you know everything from toiletries to garments of what will be helpful to have with you and what to expect when your in bangkok. From excellent communication pre arrival, the airport to hotel pick up service and then to the clinic for the surgery. Well cared for while I was convalescing at the clinic with a 24/7 nurse. Minimum pain. Meticulous dressing changes and suture removal post surgery. Dr T has a lovely manner and I never felt rushed when I had questions for him. Thanks Dani for checking in on me regularly via WhatsApp. Was also lovely to meet other MM patients at the hotel and "share stories". Lovely hotel and great shopping mall attached.
