This company is a total scam. I ordered dog beds in May, and now it's December. Nothing.

I believe this company is a total scam. I started in June purchasing a bogo on the dog beds. Never got them. I've emailed quite a few times and always told production is behind. I finally asked for a refund and guess what, thats delayed also due to the fact they are so busy processing payments. I've given them 6 months to do something and they've done nothing. Don't waste your money or your time with them. Fraudulent company.

This company is great at manipulating and making you think they care about your order. They don’t follow through—I placed my order in June and have not yet received it or a refund. Do not buy!

Fraudulent company. Ordered in June, received a response a month later to please be patient. Now it's Nov and they will no longer respond and the credit card company says it's been too long for any recourse.

I ordered dog beds through this website on 5/26/23 and now am out $100. I rec'd NOTHING. They responded to my email one time, said shipping was delayed because they were so busy. Yes, they are busy scamming good people out of their money.

This company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased two dog beds back in June. No joke, 15 emails and I've also reported you to BBB (and they also have not received any response). This is a scam. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Total scam. Took my money in April. It’s now 10/30/23. No beds. No refunds. Pretended to be concerned and reassuring at beginning of complaints. Now just total silence. No response to request for refund. Save yourself the hassle and $50. This place is not trustworthy.

Last month I got some cat food from Medipups and after using them on my cat I can find good changes on my cat. Their food is organic and harmless and obviously drug free.

I wish I had seen this sight before. I have exactly the same experience. I ordered the dog beds bogo on July 20. They have answered my emails with the same crap everyone else has been given. What a scam!!!

I wish I could give a rating lower than 1. My story is the same as others except that after numerous emails, I was able to speak with a representative. The rep. said they were trying to get more product because of all the orders. However, if true, they shouldn’t have kept up their instagram offer for months. Of course he assured me that my two pet beds would be sent within 1 to 2 weeks. Didn’t happen. It makes a lot of business sense to offer a BOGO deal when they don’t even have to send any. When I went to their website I realized that they were in the pet supplement business and didn’t have any other products. I want to report them to some agency who can hold them accountable.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS - I ordered my dog a bed from your company (2 for 1) in May and it is now October. I still have not received my beds. I have emailed your company about this and they just keep telling me to be patient there on there way. I want a refund of $79.99. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I am contacting the BBB about this.

I order a BOGO dog bed in May 2023 and after many correspondence emails I still have not received the dog beds. In August 2023 I requested a refund and as of today Oct 11,2023 I still haven’t received my refund. When I try to call the # on their website it says it’s out of order. And every email says “Thank you for your patience we are working very hard to ship your order”. This is getting ridiculous and I think this company needs to be accountable for the many bad reviews. I just want my money back and hope no one else goes through what I have. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Hate that I have to give even one star. Wish I read the reviews before ordering two dog beds back in July. It is now October and still no beds. Have asked for a refund multiple times and only received one response asking me to be patient. They were not patient about charging my credit card. Now I have gotten no product but two more charges to my credit card. Called my credit card company and had to cancel. This company is a scam. Don’t order from them. If it sounds to good to be true, it is.

This company is not legitimate. I have bank statements, emails - records of everything! Back in July 2023, 3 months ago I ordered the BOGO free dog beds, paid $60. It is October 2023 and I haven’t received them. WAIT there’s more…..I have emailed the company multiple times only for them to say “how sorry they are and to be patient.” Well, I’m the meantime they charged me another $39.99 the other day. When I dug deeper, I have found that they’ve charged me $9.99 every month since buying the beds. So I am $120 in the hole with this company, no beds, and now no responses. I have taken action against the company. I, among several others, that I can see from reviews have filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. This is a terrible, fraudulent company that shouldn’t exist.

I ordered the pet bed get one free back in May 2023. It's now October 2023 & nothing! I have received NOTHING ‼️ THEY TOOK MY MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS ‼️ DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FALSE COMPANY.

The only reason I gave one star is because I had to. I ordered the 2 for 1 dog beds back in July. Still don't have them. No contact from the company either letting me know what's going on. I also saw on Facebook recently that they were offering that deal again. How can they do that without fulfilling the orders they already have. I feel I've been scammed. I have requested a refund but I'm not holding my breath.

Beware of this company! We have been waiting over a month for pet beds we paid for and ordered ... but cannot get any response from the company. Beware!

They stopped communicating (stating the bed would ship) my order was from 08/07/2023
the bed was $49.99. A person replied for a while on 'back order' and then stopped. Her name was 'Janine'. It's now 10/1. I'm ashamed I fell for yet another scammer.

SCAM!!!!!!! I ORDERED 2 BEDS IN AUGUST STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THEM. SENT A TOTAL OF 40 EMAILS ABD GET THE SAME EMAILS BACK - GIVE OR TAKE A FEW CHANGED WORDS. THEY PREY ON INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEIR DOGS AND ONLY WANT THE BEST FOR THEM, THEN TAKE THEIR MONEY AND DON'T SEND THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED. I'VE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN LAS VEGAS - DON'T KNOW IF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL DO ANYTHING BUT THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!
