I ordered these beds back in June and…

I ordered these beds back in June and still no beds. No one answers your emails and no one answers the phone. Mail box has been full for two months. DO NOT order from this company. I have requested a refund for over a month now and still no refund or beds. SCAM!!!!! At least a courtesy phone call would have been appreciated but they do nothing.

Fell for the same thing 2-for1 scam

Fell for the same thing 2-for1 scam. Kept calling and emailing to responses that they were way backed up but I told them why do you keep on running the same add for 2 for 1 scam.And I know better any reputable company doesn't charge your card til items are mailed. No response so when the took another 10 buck out of my account I called my banck and said please block these people from charging my account anymore since this a obviously a scam. They did and re-inbureds me for the charges. Please report these people as scammers thru whoever you t paid them thru. they will help you out.

Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me. They took funds from my card but no merchandise. I tried calling and emailing several time. The so called CSR number is a scam in itself. I had to call my credit card company to close the card and send me a new one so they will not be able to continue with the subscription.

This company is a total scam!

I ordered Medipups "Skin & Coat" last December. I didn't like the lack of results. Dog didn't like them either. He kept on itching. Started trying in February to cancel product subscription. 8-10 phone calls later (got hung up on twice) no help at all and a lot of wasted time. Meanwhile, each and every month without fail, they kept sending 30 chews and charging me $22.45. I started sending angry E-mails (yes-I have them all). I get a reply every time: "your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". REALLY?!! I now have 150 chews in unopened packages and I am out over $100. "Unresponsive" doesn't do justice to their famous support staff. "Unethical" and "dishonest" hardly describes their business. "Scam" works for me.

Ordered may 20th… It is August 8th and…

Ordered may 20th… It is August 8th and NO beds yet, and 5 emails with no one responding. This is business is a scam.. DO NOT PURCHASE…

I will be getting my lawyer and the BBB involved this is a huge scam and reading that I am not the only one having these issues.

This company is fraudulent.

I have contacted my card company as 4 emails sent about the order have been ignored.

I am getting as refund but due to contacting my credit card company who was helpful and took all my proof and emails to make the decision.

Order placed and paid for

Order placed and paid for; order never received.
I ordered and paid for 2 XL pet beds in May 2023 and have not received any beds. I have sent them 3 emails requesting info on my order and later requesting my money be returned. It's now August and I have not received the beds nor a refund for the $79.99.

Bad business practice

I ordered a dog bed (bogo free offer) in May and still do not have beds. I email and get a computer response. I have received email reply’s stating that I am in the cue to be shipped in 1-2 weeks. However, still no beds. I have tried to track my order and the web tracking page doesn’t work. There is not a place to login on the website. I will be emailing and letting them know that I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and see if I get a different response.

horrible customer service

Ordered in June 1st and my card was charged but never received the dog beds. Emailing is a joke and the phone number just says to email. Ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from the Medipups website!

I ordered during their ¨special¨ of buy…

I ordered during their ¨special¨ of buy one get two dog beds in May. They have yet to send a shipping date or respond to any of my emails or phone calls. Now their phone mailbox is unable to take calls. They respond with a canned email every time I send a request for either a refund or a shipping date. Do Not Purchase from them!

Total Scam

I ordered two beds in June and it is now the end of July and have not recieved them. It is impossible to contact anyone at that site. I have recieved auto generated emails back, and that is all. There is no human to talk to about a problem. .
Do not waste your money dealing with this group. They are a total SCAM. The are still advertising and scamming people. Stay away from this group. I would give this group a 0. I am gong to report them to BBB and I wish others would too. However, I doubt that will bother them as they seem well insulated under layers of invisibility. I asked for my money back, but I guess you know how that went. There is no one there - ever other than to use your credit card.

Got scammed too

As with most customers here , the supplements is what they are selling and do deliver on , the beds are a con , has ANYONE received a bed??.
How can I trust the quality of their products if this is their work plan .
Got scammed , my own fault in believing in the "by dog owners for dog owners" line.

This company just takes your funds

This company just takes your funds, does not respond to emails, doesn't pick up the phone which hangs up on you. Why? How do I now get my funds back? All I really wanted was the beds for my dog and his anxiety which is the only reason I tried ordering from these frauds. Now what.. nothing no response. How can this company continue I ask myself? Because they need to STOP with all the false advertisements. This is a FRAUDULENT company. Again, I tell you I have NEVER received the beds, emails just sit there, and the phone number they post is not a real business telephone number, what a joke and they are thieves!!

I’m in the same situation as most…

I’m in the same situation as most others on here who ordered 2/1 beds.I received same canned email as others. Asked for refund ….nothing yet. Also ordered calming chews which I got (I assumed they were a one time purchase) . NO! I got another charge for another month( no chews yet for that charge).I asked for a cancellation…..yet no response. I never intended to use chews as a daily supplement….just as needed….so I don’t need them every month. I will contact credit card company (again) to block any charges from them. Maybe reverse charge for beds but that was back in May. I can only hope.reference # 6108 and 7690 not sure if this is number you need. I gave you CVR # on the request when you asked for more information.
