1 start it’s already too much

1 start it’s already too much! I wrote to the help service cause the balance after 30 days don’t work anymore. They answer they will send a new one. Was 8 January…I still wait, they still write me than will come, they said the send but the box never comes and now they don’t answer anymore. Which kind of service is that??! Somebody control this? No way! Disappointed and please buy other!! This team don’t deserve your money!

No refund from Medisana

Medisana refused a refund despite the £199 bath spa product not working on delivery and still not working 3 months later, due to the remote not working.
Medisana sent replacement remotes bu they did not work. I sought a refund via Amazon who have confirmed my refund but Medisana themselves do not appear to be paying the refund.

The VW315 wrist BP monitor is trash

The VW315 wrist BP monitor is worse than inaccurate, it is plainly wrong. When compared with results from two other devices, one wrist and one arm cuff, it read 50mmHg higher!! This error occured consistently. The device has to be withdrawn, it is NOT a blood pressure monitor.

SCAM

I recently made the regrettable decision to purchase the Shiatsu acupressure massage seat cover in beige from the Medisana distributor's online shop. What a colossal mistake that turned out to be! Not only did I not receive any semblance of a warranty or bill for my purchase, but the product itself was abysmal.

Let's start with the quality or lack thereof. The moment I unwrapped the package, I was hit with a pungent odor of cheap plastic that made my stomach turn. The material felt flimsy and inferior, akin to something you might find in a bargain bin at a dollar store.

To add insult to injury, when I attempted to reach out to the company for assistance or perhaps a refund, I was met with nothing but radio silence. I dialed the numbers listed on their official website repeatedly, starting from February 9th, 2024. As for emails and Facebook messages? Forget about it. Not a single response was received.

In conclusion, steer clear of this abhorrent excuse for a company. Save yourself the headache, the disappointment, and the money. The Medisana distributor's online shop is nothing short of a scam, peddling subpar products with zero customer support. Trust me, you're better off lighting your money on fire than wasting it on their shoddy merchandise.

I've contacted MEDISANA officials multiple times, and unsurprisingly, they haven't bothered to respond. It’s clear they couldn’t care less about their customers.

Will Never Buy Medisana Product Again

Bought a portable nebuliser from seller on Ebay - it only worked for two days. Seller declined to replace or refund so tried to contact Medisana UK - couldn't as their phone literally continuously engaged over several days - AVOID.

Product description and quality very poor

Very disappointed with a product I purchased from this organisation. Basically I found that the manuals depending which language you are reading were different. Which probably means that there is something doggy. You see very pricy devices and you think they are of good quality, but the materials are so cheap.

Terrible customer service e products

I bought an inhalator a year ago, I had 2 years warranty and contacted the customer service to have a replacement because it stopped working.
They replied immediately asking me several proves, which I provided. Then they forced me to cut the electrical wire as a proof I was not going to use the inhalator again and then they disappeared.
I sent them an email every week for a month to know what's next, if they sent a replacement etc., pointing I needed the inhalator for a sick child, but no answer! It's very embarrassing at the beginning they were ready to ask and expect many questions, but then once I shown them I was in the right for a replacement they have vanished. Would not buy any of their product again!
