MedNjoy made my experience easy enjoyable and secured. At first I was scared as there are a lot of scams out there but talking to the management my favourite person was the coordinator Adil they did managed to convince me and everything was perfect. From the airport where Adil himself was waiting for me and my sister which was there to support me. To the hospital he did all the arrangements. I must say that the staff in hospital was so friendly and they were checking on me every half an hour. After 2 days of successful surgery Adil took me to a very nice calm hotel called Dam which was amazing. During my stay at hospital my sister was served 3 times meal which she did really enjoyed and that was part of the pack which I find it amazing. Her bed was next to mine all the time at the hospital.

Well from start to finish it was a pleasure to be cared for by mednjoy, from being picked up at the airport to be met by a card with our name on perfect, they carried our bags felt like royalty cannot express how fantastic this company is. To be taken to the hotel and picked up the next day always on time always curteous, to our destinations e.g teeth and hospital , Adil from mednjoy Is one perfect caring guy he came to the hospital sorted all my communications out with everyone he is a little love, really good at his job, from being discharged from hospital he came for me took me to the chemist on the way back sorted all my prescriptions out for me. Rang or text me most days to check up on me. ADIL you need a pay rise you so deserve it fantastic man couldn't of been looked after any more, So from my heart I thank you very much all of you x love maxine xx

I couldn't have done any of my appointments and surgery without the help of Mednjoy! They was with me the whole way supporting and reassuring me everything is OK! I went to Turkey on my own and as a woman who never travels this was scary for me but the company made sure I always felt reassured! The doctor and after care was exceptional! Just had my mini facelift with Dr Onur Ogan in Antalya . I am 10 days post op with absolutely no pain and my bruising and swollen face is subsiding by each day. He is one of the most skilled Surgeon's and he is kind and speaks perfect English. The moment your In your hotel to the day you leave MedNjoy are with you every step . Big thankyou to Adil who is such a lovely man and helped me overcome my nerves.

I had a deeply unsettling experience with this company, and I believe it's essential to share my story. During my interactions with mednjoy, I encountered behavior from their manager, Emrah, that I found to be highly unprofessional and intrusive, which included unwarranted attention toward my partner. I reported these concerns to the appropriate authorities, and they are currently investigating the matter.

I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale to others considering their services.

Hello my name is Anna, I contacted Mednjoy through my friend's recommendation and I was very nervous as I wanted to have my treatment in another country. When I first wrote, they contacted me in less than an hour and they were very interested, they answered all my questions and I felt very safe. I decided and came to Antalya, my hotel, my transfer, everything was arranged by Mednjoy and everything was organized until the minute. The surgery went very quickly and painlessly. Thank you very much to my coordinator who supported me , she never left me alone and held me by the hand when I was worried . My whole recovery process was easy. I came for a hair transplant at the end of last year and waited until this time to write a comment because I was very nervous because I would not get any results. It's been 7 months and I can't explane how happy I am with the result, because everything turned out exactly as I wanted. From start to finish the whole team, Sofia,photographer and surgeon were fantastic, made me feel at ease. The surgery was nothing to worry about at all, no pain, was half hour local anaesthetic. We felt really looked after, I would highly recommend Mednjoy 5 star, soo grateful to you all xxx

I was really delighted with the service that I received from Mednjoy. I'm a trans male and nobody from the whole team was judgemental in any way. My Co ordinator was Gustavo, who helped me through the whole process prior to my visit. He located the surgeon who was going to do my breast augmentation. He kept in touch with me the whole time between setting things up until I arrived in Antalya where he met with the driver who took me to the hotel. I immediately felt at ease. I was accommodated at The Grand Park hotel which was all inclusive and an exceptionally good hotel. On the day of the surgery I was collected by Sofia, another member of the Mednjoy team, who supported me admirably throughout my stay at the hospital. The hospital felt superior to what we have in the UK. The surgeon was Dr Elmas who was very understanding of my needs and performed the surgery without any problems and the care that I received, post surgery, in the hospital was superb. All transport was arranged and I had no worries about how I was going to get from hotel to hospital. I'm so pleased with the treatment from everyone involved. I would have no problem recommending Mednjoy.

The experience of the travel hotel and treatment was amazing! Nothing was to much to ask to the staff they was all so welcoming and made us so comfortable. I also brought my baby along and they could not of been any more helpful and playful with my baby.

I had an amazing experience, all my appointments for the week was on schedule and the staff was very friendly. Especially Firat, he was very informative and went out of his way to make sure our needs was met. I also highly recommend mednjoy. Land of legends was my favorite!

I would like to recommend Mednjoy for all the care before, during and after my treatment. All staff involved really looked after me. I travelled on my own and they made me feel at home.
