Great harness
The harness is generally great. However, the measures are somewhat strange. The A & B straps fit my dog well, but the C strap is a little too tight. Perhaps it is the uniqueness of my dog's physic. I just wish that the C strap had a few more centimetres to it.
Harness is great. Choose careful, make sure to measure your dog parameters well.

Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability
I've been a loyal customer, ordering regularly since December last year, but my recent experience with MedPets has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order worth €126.40 for dog food that was never delivered. DHL claims it was delivered, with GPS data as "proof," but that’s not sufficient. My partner saw the DHL vehicle near our address at the supposed delivery time, yet no parcel arrived.
After raising the issue, DHL conducted an "investigation," only to conclude the package was delivered. No further help was offered, and I was left with no resolution for a missing order that I paid for. This lack of accountability is shocking, especially given my longstanding customer loyalty.
This experience has made me question the integrity of MedPets and DHL's delivery practices. I expected better transparency, especially when customer rights are clearly at stake. Very disappointed, and sadly, I can no longer recommend this service.

Great customer service
Medpets orders are always packed and delivered quickly. This time my order was sent by Medpets but it seems to have been lost by the delivery company. I contacted Medpets on WhatsApp and I was offered a solution immediately - they just packed and sent me a new order. I am very happy with how Medpets handled the situation.

Webshop without real stock management!
The website does not have a real time stock management system, something basic for a webshop that could avoid them all these problems with the orders. Since they do not have a real stock system, the website allows you to purchase products that they do not have in stock and this is where it goes wrong. I made a purchase and the next day instead of the package, I received several emails changing the date of delivery (15 emails in 3 days with changing dates) until the last email said that they finally did not have a date to deliver. I sent them an email to cancel the order and in just a few minutes the client service replied with the cancellation and the refund (very nice client service that is why I gave them some stars)
