Over the 18 months during which MedUKCare held the contract for live in care for my mother, Andrei has frequently gone above and beyond to help my mother have what she wanted - to be able to stay at home. He visited my mother regularly, spending hours chatting, reassuring, making her laugh, even taking his baby to visit her to cheer her up. He and Grace supported their carers so I didn’t have to, always ready, hands on, addressing any and all concerns from placing the weekly Tesco order to smoothing things over in the client-carer relationship.
 
Andrei is tireless in his advocacy for what is in the patient’s best interest. He refused to accept “no” regarding the provision of a hospital bed and hoist, giving up his weekend time to prevent my mother going to hospital. Andrei didn’t count the cost: as we were away, he spent a whole Saturday enabling the hospital bed to be delivered, setting up a temporary bed for my mother, dismantling and removing her old bed himself, moving my mother into the hospital bed and ensuring she was comfortable.

I highly recommend Andrei and Grace and their amazing care company. It’s the best company we had by a long chalk and incredible value for money.

I’m a disabled adult and used MedUkCare/Andrei to go to an event as I don’t have a WAV. He was fantastic, very professional and instantly puts you at ease. I got the pick up time wrong and he was waiting ages for me for the return but was so kind about it!

Professional, caring and reliable. Everything you would want from a care agency and more. They go above and beyond and ensure not only that the patient is comfortable but the family is too. I have used them to take my father for his covid booster, hospital appointments etc and never been disappointed with the top level service.

The kindness and help given to me by Allison and Joy and the rest of the team at MedUKCare took away so much of the stress needing to provide specialist nursing care to my wife while she was discharged to palliative care at home following a diagnosis of advanced cancer.

This allowed me to have quality time with Jennifer in her final weeks, knowing that she has the best possible care at home, surrounded by our children.

I would say that MedUKCare is just the type of live-in service you need when you want the best quality care for your loved ones.

The Live-in carers have been great in taking time to listen and understand what help we needed in looking after Mum. They have always been positive and energetic and we are really delighted with the results.

All staff are caring and sensitive to Mum’s changing needs as well to her personality.

I would certainly recommend MedUKCare as an domiciliary care provider to look after your loved ones at home.

Care staff are very caring, well trained and efficient, they are exceptional. The Manager is a highly qualified clinical expert and a very compassionate person.There is always someone to call if you need additional support at home and staff can cover shifts at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble and the care my relative was given was so mindful of his well-being, dignity and pride. Would highly recommend.

I'd recommend Medukcare to anyone with a relative with dementia who could benefit from personalised home care. The best thing about Medukcare is that they provide the same carer to look after your loved one, as a different face at the door each week can be so confusing for someone with dementia.They really understand what it means to care for people in need.

My mother has Vascular dementia and MedUKCare have been very supportive.
I was given a choice of carers who visited my mum at home to see if they were compatible. Our 2 carers are respectful and caring and have become her friend, which has also made my life easier. Can now look forward to spending quality time with my parents thanks to MedUKCare.

Medukcare have been wonderful from the beginning. The trainings are very useful and they make it easy for everyone to find solutions to situations that can make work difficult. The management is very friendly and helpful and they look after their staff and clients with empathy and compassion. Great home care service, can't recommend enough.

My mother has dementia and Medukcare have been brilliant. I was given a choice of carers who visited before to see if they were compatible. All of the people who came to see my mother, were extremely helpful from washing up to cooking and assisting with personal care, they done everything. Had I known how wonderful the care my mother will receive from Medukcare, I would have done this a long time ago. If you are hesitating and worried about how it will all work, perhaps you should just give it a go.

We have changed providers in Wimbledon to Medukcare, as the last care agency failed to provide the right care for my 84 year old father who has dementia. Without exception, staff at Medukcare are all caring and considerate. With the current situation regarding Covid19, we have been updated regularly and also reassured by the office support staff.
Whilst we are fortunate that the cost of care is not an issue, the provider is £350 less a month.
Based on my experience I would recommend Medukcare without reservation

The care my father has received from Medukcare over the last few years has been amazing. My father has a complex form of dementia, and through Medukcare my family and I have been given peace of mind that he is being supported by professionals who are kind, compassionate, and caring and who have taken the time to understand him and his needs. He is always treated with respect and dignity. The carers are also extremely personable and friendly, so we are very happy to be around them as a family.

We as a family could not have found a more caring and understanding person/company when it came to giving personal care and help to our late father. Nothing was to much to ask, and they always responded very quickly. We would highly recommend them.

The care my husband was given by Andrei was second to none. He is not just a Carer but a very caring human being, caring for his patients is not just a job, he genuinely cares about what he is doing and gives it his all. In my husband's case, Andrei did more than was expected of him and even when he was no longer caring for my husband, he would visit to see how he was getting on and on one occasion I happened to mention that my husband badly needed his hair washed and without hesitation Andrei said "I will do it for you". He is the kindest, most polite and caring person I have ever met and if ever anyone needs a Carer, I would suggest they get in touch with Andrei, I would recommend him to everyone in need of his services - he is EXCELLENT.
