Lola creates beautifully functional wellness tools for women who value design, ease, and everyday recovery. Our products are made to integrate seamlessly into real routines — from the school run, to the office, to the gym, to the quiet moments at home. We believe that self‑care should feel intuitive, calming, and effortless, not clinical or overwhelming. Every Lola product is built with two things in mind: thoughtful design and effective results. Soft on the outside, powerful on the inside — our tools are engineered to support muscle recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing, while still looking at home in a modern, minimalist space. We’re a small, female‑led brand focused on quality, transparency, and customer experience. We test every product ourselves, listen closely to customer feedback, and continuously refine our tools based on real needs rather than trends. Our goal is to make wellness feel accessible, trustworthy, and actually enjoyable. Whether you’re easing tension, improving recovery, or simply carving out a moment of calm, Lola helps you make space to relax — in a way that feels natural, elevated, and beautifully considered.

SCAM

SCAM - The company posted a giveaway on their Instagram on 14th December. They messaged me to say I have won the giveaway and posted a story to say they sent my prize. I have sent them multiple messages over the past few months asking where my prize is and have been told it is on its way a couple of times and now I am just being ignored. Also emailed customer service but obviously had no response.

So unprofessional of a brand to use their customers to market their product and grow their following without following through with their promise. I was a customer of bemylola prior to this situation and have recommended their product to friends but will not be doing this anymore. Very disappointing.

No customer service

Why can’t I contact this company? All of their email addresses bounce back, it’s shown as meetlola.co which isn’t a valid address. I’ve tried all variations and every single one fails to deliver……

No response.

The company took the money for the product, and other than the order confirmation, I haven't heard anything since. One week has passed and no replies to my emails.
