New install not working and company not interested in fixing it

We just had our heatpump replaced. So many issues:
- The heating is not working. Specifically it is not circulating any warm water through the pipes. The unit is warming the water in its resevoir, just not actually heating the house.
- They seem to have no interest in fixing it, and can't even say when they might be able to send someone out to diagnose the problem.
- The unit that was installed was not the one on the bill of materials - they offered an Oertli and delivered a Dimplex - no discussion or explanation.
- The unit was delivered two and a half weeks ago with a damaged case, which they have not yet fixed.
- We were clear all during the purchase and design phase that we wanted to integrate it with our solar system. The unit in the bill of materials is supported, the one that was delivered and installed is not supported by our solar system.

They tried to hard-sell their service contract when they were here. We wanted time to think (our previous heatpump needed very little maintenance, and that only towards the end of its life). Now seeing first hand what their customer service is like... that's a hard pass.

Loss of a long lasting customer

We have been using Meier Tobler for the last 10 years for our heating system. Few days ago, the timer of the boiler started to work erratic. Meier sent a person who did not have a clue how to sort the problem. Without being asked, he run a exhaust check and changed some pieces of the burner. This was exactly where the problem wasn’t. He left and the boiler was dead. We had to call again the day after, the same guy came and start to read the manual. He left and the boiler was running all the time. On top, the boiler was making an awful noise. In short, the whole system was worse off. We had to call another company to get it fixed. We received two bills from Meier tobler, the first for ruining my boiler and the second for the time the guy spent on reading the manual. Needless to say, we are not going to call again then again as they showed To be incompetent and interested only in the money
