Change Email and Web Service

We had to change our underlying email and web service as the old one was being phased out. I had concerns about moving emails from the old service (POP3) to the new one (IMAP) also with a change of email server. With the assistance of Support Agent Yoedhi, it was done without any fuss or errors.

Clear, responsive support on a Microsoft 365 email deliverability issue, requiring me to coordinate between Melbourne IT and my web host. Alwin was helpful and precise enabling me to easily navigate my web host dashboard (as a tech neophyte). His promptness fully resolved the issue within the same day. This level of service quality fully justifies the fees I pay to Melbourne IT.

The customer service is superb

I have been connected to MIT since 2005.

That is when I set up my domain name. MIT people were always good at taking ownership of customer problems back then. And they are still good at it today. It doesn't matter what the problem is - all groups behave the same way. That attitude makes them committed to finding the answers as quickly as is _sensible_. They listen to everything you feel you need to say. THAT is a big plus for your own peace of mind. As far as I am concerned, they provide excellent service and are excellent value for money.
