Although a little bit slow
Although a little bit slow, the product was delivered safely and 💯 % intact the way it should be. Only reason it was marginally slow was the diligence of the the red shed making sure it was delivered to the correct recipient. Recipient extremely happy btw.
Thanks Red Shed. (I can't remember exact date of delivery but it was in reasonable time?)

BUYER BEWARE - RED SHED DANDENONG
In July I gave my 5 year old never-had-a-problem 'Masport' Ride On Mower to RED SHED DANDENONG for a service. Since the service, I've had nothing but problems with it. It came back with EIGHT issues!!!!
Red Shed took it back to their workshop and fixed 7 of the 8 issues. Machine came back allegedly "all fixed" but when I went to use it after 20-30 minutes it would start shuddering real bad to the point of breakdown. It broke down 6 times until the 7th time when it would not start back up at all.
Service manager (Serge) and Technical manager (Rohan whose job it was to deny responsibility) came out to witness the problem for themselves and eventually changed the recently replaced new oil filter and new spark plug with new ones.
I used it twice after that and it has broken down again. I am beyond annoyed that they have obviously caused permanent damage to what was a perfectly functioning machine. They will not take responsibility, claiming they did nothing to cause these issues. They've offered to take it back to the workshop AGAIN but I refused because I cannot trust them.....who would??
For the last five months, each time they've touched it, the machine developed a new problem. Now I'm stuck with a mower that will not start and no recourse! 🥹😢😭😭😭😭
I’m a 58 year old woman with a serious health issue, who now has no choice but to mow her 1 acre property with a hand mower. Shame on you Michael Pollock and Robbie for supporting Rohan in dodging accountability for poor service practices that led to permanent damages to my machine.
