The rating provided above relates to the delivery process which was on time with adequate notification of delivery date. Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the look and condition of the goods because these items were purchased for my home in Barbados, so the ensure that the items remain securely packaged for shipment, I did not open the packages.
If required, I am happy to ptovide follow-up feedback from Barbados at a later date.

I ordered a lovely mirror from this website August last year. I still absolutely love my mirror and the quality is great. I ordered one and when it was delivered, I realiaed it was a bit too small for the space I wanted it for. I ordered the other size and started a return for the other mirror. When my new mirror was delivered they collected the old one. Great service from this company and I would really recommend.

The mirror i received was not like the…
The mirror i received was not like the pictures on the website the wood was very pink! Now since returning and being given no tracking details I am chasing my £116 refund. This whole process has taken nearly 4 weeks since ordering which is ridiculous.

The half moon console table arrived…
The half moon console table arrived quickly and safely. We went for the taupe grey colour which is lovely well made and only requires legs to be attached all parts provided. Thank you Melody Maison we are very happy with the half moon table fits just right on out upstairs landing.

The furniture is lovely. Very impressed that it is ready built and came well packed so there was no hassle at all. My husband’s face when he unpacked it and there wasn’t a million screws and confusing instructions was well worth it!!

Really pleased with the furniture, nice quality and came complete so no DIY skills needed ***** Felt sorry for the driver as access to our house is difficult and he was alone but he trollyed the items to our lounge. Only moan would be to Melody Maison in that you expect a lot from your delivery guy on his own and having to lift and manoeuvre items by himself
