Shocking customer service!!!!!
Shocking customer service!!!!!
I brought two bedside tables in May. One of the tops of the tables all the paint is coming off. The other table is fine.
I have emailed customer service three times in the past two weeks. No response nothing!!!! I feel like I’m being ghosted. Shocking me bad service.
They will take your money, but if there’s an issue, there’s nowhere to go as I said three emails two weeks nothing.
Shame on you for treating customers like this

Very poor quality and service
This pink clock that’s all over social media looks nothing like the photo, it’s very poorly made, lots of gaps around the face, uneven paint on the digits and the end of the pendulum has been stuck on crooked. Quality is very poor for the price paid. I’ve sent photos and an email and have had one response asking for photos! I’d be grateful for a response telling me how to get this back to you for a refund. I won’t order anything again.
*Edit, following the response from the seller below, they have not reached out to me for further information at all, this statement is completely untrue.

My order came quickly
My order came quickly. It was as described. All good. However, the space I had hoped to have the mirror was too small. I called the customer services and was given a slot for a DPD collection the next day. All very polite, smooth no problem with refund.
I will go back to the website to find a smaller mirror.

I ordered a very cute toilet sign which arrived quickly. There was a slight problem with the sign and so I spoke to Melody Mason and the young lady I spoke with was so nice and gave me a couple of options and I requested for a new sign. This was posted and I received it the following day. I could actually speak to a person which is very rare in this day and age with incredible service. I would definitely recommend this amazing company. Well done to the Melody Mason team.

Excellent all round experience
Very good experience all round from very good website, range of products and price. I bought several items of furniture for a guest bedroom. Although flat pack, don’t let that put you off. The system is really easy to use and once you know how it works, pretty quick to do. I did most of the construction on my own, only needed help with the wardrobe. The furniture is well made and very sturdy - very good quality for the price. The fact that you have to build it yourself I guess keeps the price down. It’s quality, looks great and I am extremely pleased. Customer services also very good - helpful, friendly and did what was requested. I wanted to delay a delivery as I was on holiday and that was not problem. All built now and couldn’t be happier. Just need the guests now to admire the finished product! Would definitely recommend.
