Last week, my wife gifted me with a stylish men's Rolex with black dial and glossy stainless steel band, and I was really thrilled by it. My husband wanted to buy me a Rolex for our anniversary and I couldn’t decide between the Two-toned or Stainless Steel Ladies’ Datejusts on Melrose Jewelers. I went ahead and gave them a call and spoke to one of their associates who was extremely professional and informed about the different styles. He helped me make the right choice (I went with the Two-tone to match my gold wedding ring) and even took the time to make sure the watch was fitted to my 9 ¼” wrist. It took me 3 months to finally get the nerve to place my order. I looked at the watch every single day since January. Once I couldn't wait any longer, I did call in and to speak to a sales representative. Our conversation lasted over 20 minutes; as it should for such a large purchase. He thoroughly went over every point of the sale, including the item's condition/specs, functionality, warranty, return policy, and even the available delivery time. My watch was in my hands less than 24 hours after making the purchase. The watch did not disappoint. It was absolutely sparkling and in immaculate condition. My jeweler coorborated everything that had been explained to me and even went as far as to say that the servicing looked like it had been done by Rolex themselves. It has been on my wrist ever since and has not skipped a beat. Considering how much I saved over buying a new watch, I am now considering purchasing another 2 in the future for my daughters. I would highly recommend purchasing from Melrose Jewelers and definitely recommend speaking to a representative on the phone. They are very thoroughly informed and extremely helpful.

1. The Watch: Looked way better than the pictures on the website. Was so excited to wear it and show it off; the crew at my club noticed it immediately and wouldn't stop commenting on it. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I think it helps my game..

2. The Price: I paid WAY less than retail--a fantastic value. Still can't believe how much money I saved.

3. Customer Service: I actually bought a watch that wasn't listed on the website, because I wanted a customized dial and bezel combination that I didn't see. They had the watch in stock and I had the watch two days later, even though I ordered in the evening!
