Lovely sales staff and inviting shop front.

I visited the warehouse store today and was greeted by one of the lovely staff who was very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have good customer service and i love the fact that I’m supporting a local business right here in Salisbury!
One thing I can suggest, it would make it easier for customers to find your shop if you had a sign on the road entrance as it’s not clear exactly where you’re located.

I love Melvory products especially the Aloe Vera face cream, Super Berry Face Oil and Hyaluronic hyperboose serum. My friends always ask me what face products I use that keep my face always looking so smooth and radiant.

Super fast shipping. Quality products at a very reasonable price point! I especially love their peach melt balm for the start of my double cleanse. And also their bb cream is a true staple for me. I also use their three serums. My skin health (and knowledge!) has improved so much since using Melvory. Beautiful company. Really warm and friendly customer service support too.

I have extremely dry and temperamental skin. It’s very sensitive and I struggle to find products I can use that don’t cause irritation and stinging. I tried melvory about 4 months ago and so far it’s one of the only skincare brands I can use that does not cause any irritation what so ever! I’ve tried about 8 products now and thoroughly enjoy every one. I would definitely recommend!

Seriously obsessed with my Melvory products. I have sensitive skin and prone to seborrheic dermatitis. The Mandarin & chamomile shampoo calmed my itchy scalp in 2 days. Another favourite is their Radiance body oil which I always apply after showering day and night because it's so lightweight!

What a difference the Manuka Baby Butter moisturiser made to my legs, compared to regular lotion! My skin stays hydrated for longer and the dry,scaly cracks have disappeared after a few weeks of continued use. The dewy drop serums are super hydrating on my face. I feel really refreshed after applying them. Quality products!

I keep trying and loving this beautiful natural skin care range! So nourishing and safe for the whole family. Well done 👏

Lovely products and the service has been amazing, I contacted the company through their website for some skincare advice and the lady I dealt with was amazing and offered so much advice. Then within 48 hours my order had arrive on my doorstep. 🙌

I love all the products Melvory have to offer!! Been using their products for years now. It all started with their hemp seed butter cream for my son with ezcema which helped him so much which gave me the confidence trying their range of skincare as well as cosmetics. Among a few of my favourites are the collagen mask, super Berry face oil and their new range of the hyperbolic serum. The mineral powder foundation is a must have for natural looking make-up! My face is looking all radiant and natural all thanks to Melvory!!

Amazing products. We use it for our baby’s eczema prone skin and it’s the only product that was sensitive enough to use since she was a newborn until now! I have been recommending Melvory to all my friends and family. It’s worth every cent!

Good products for kids with sensitive skin, allergies and eczema. We've tried many products and have been pleased to have found a skincare brand that doesn't irritate our kids' skin. The products are natural and have use by dates however we often finish the bottles before the due date. The team are responsive to questions and are able to provide recommendations on products that may/may not be suitable.

Customer service was awesome, responded quick and was really helpful. I am be very happy with the products I got from Melvory.

Melvory skincare is really fantastic. The hempseed butter has healed my grandson’s eczema. I also use the raspberry handcream for the dry and cracked skin on my hands. Now my hands are soft and supple. I won’t go for any other brands. Their customer service is also very fast and efficient.

I have been using Melvory Skincare products for some years. My dry skin and complexion have improved significantly. It’s a brand I strongly recommend here.

Was great to be able to try the shades of make up and helped in person

Spent my over $220 +it was spend over $180 to recieve free gift. Put on an additional discount code which brought my total to $195. Free gift was never recieved even though it remained in my cart until after payment. When I messaged Melvory they said you cant add a discount and have a free gift which is not what it said on the website it was spend over $180. Ive just looked on their website and they have 15% off and the free gift when you spend over $220 which is a double discount.
Be very careful of sneaky promotions from this company!

Purchased the probiotic face cream in July and quite liked it for its moisturising quality. However, by mid October it started to smell really off and rancid like it was rotten. Some days it would have brown clear liquid floating at the top. Didn’t want to be putting potentially rotting stuff on my face so I Contacted customer service and their response was to use creams within 6 months of opening (which was within date for my cream) and if it gets contaminated or smells funny, to replace it. Interesting response given one jar is $48! I had used barely one third of the jar..
