Happily used MemberSpace for 6 years
We have used MemberSpace for roughly 6 years and have been very happy with it. The support team are responsive and helpful. We are in the process of leaving MemberSpace, but that's only because our business has grown away from the online world and into the physical world, and we need to switch to software designed for that reality. If I were ever to offer a member site again I would happily return to MemberSpace. Thanks for all the help over the years!

I am a paying customer with Memberspace. I have them embedded into my website and have tried asking some of the most basic questions. Instead what I've received is cryptic answers and for that I cannot recommend this product.
Issues with support, no understanding that their customers want answers and solutions they can implement in a timely manner.
Their back and forth on their cryptic responses shows a lack of care for their customers priorities or time.
Integration and automation is required fact for today's small business. We tend to cobble together multiple tools to provide a product and service. I asked for Memberspace hey how do I prefill my form on a redirection from your signup form.
The response I got was look here and we won't support you. Wait....so URL prefills are a well known industry function....(I googled/youtube how to do this) and multiple vendors have videos on how to do it with their product). but here is the issue nothing exists demonstrating how to do this with Memberspace. I've tested if the product I'm wanting to prefill will work....(they have youtube videos). I can statically assign the prefill URL and it works like a charm. But what I can't do is pull the information from Memberspace and they haven't told me how, they haven't told me it can't be done, they haven't provided any real support around this just unnecessary back and forth emails. I'm tired. This is something I could have been done with days ago. It's a URL, but if I can't pull the information from their database .... boy that would have been helpful to know days ago. Instead they send me to their cryptic tech sheets....do they not understand that a lot of their customers can't code!!!!!
