Don’t bother contacting them, Asher, the operations manager, does not often reply to email.

Let’s set the record straight. Throughout the referencing process, you were consistently rude and pushy with our staff. Our letting agent, David, even overheard you speaking disparagingly about him on the phone with your daughter — and we have the screenshots and text evidence to prove it.
We pride ourselves on delivering five-star service, but tenants who behave in this manner make the rental process unnecessarily difficult. For the record, your holding deposit was fully refunded, and the tenancy was refused due to your conduct.
With an attitude like this, it’s no surprise the application was unsuccessful.
