Over the last few years, I have ordered three pet memorials from Memorialslab, and I cannot say enough how impressed I have been with their beautiful, comforting granite slabs and excellent customer service. They have brought solace to my heart during my time of grief.

The memorials are absolutely beautiful, and Vanessa is always there to ensure that every detail is perfect, and she truly seems to care about every customer. Proofs are checked and rechecked before engraving the slabs.

When I showed my son the one I had ordered for his cherished Dutch Shepherd's grave, he summed it up beautifully: "It's perfect."

Needing a grave marker for our pet,I turned to the internet and found this company. Within two days they sent me a proof of what the stone would look like with the data I gave them. Within two weeks the stone arrived at my door. My wife and I could not be happier! The stone and likeness of our pet was perfect.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Usually I would not leave negative reviews because everyone has their own opinion. The only reason I am this time is because I don’t want someone to experience what I have with this company. My mother in-laws cat passed away and I ordered a small
6 x 6 because her grave area is not that big. When I receive the product, it was horrible. The picture was blurry. You could see the pixel so clearly in the words you can see all the lines. It looks so bad. How can I give this to her and have her look at that every day with such poor quality. I made a complaint and the lady responded back to me that because I ordered a small size that is what I get. I told her she needs to state that on the website. For people that are already going through such a heartbreaking time. This is the last thing that they need to deal with is the poor quality of the product that they’re getting. Don’t waste your time with this company. Go find another company. There are many out there that are better. She ended up giving me a 20% credit and I’m going to go look for another company to make it.

I ordered a plaque from here they made exactly the way i wanted they send you an email how it's gonna before they make it they respond quickly ,very nice people and plus it ships quick I highly recommend this place I have ordered 7 of these and they have never disappeared me.

The people at Memorials Lab were extremely helpful and caring when I ordered the memorial stone for my dad. They made sure that my dad's stone was done according to my needs, and the final product is amazing! The stone was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. They are professionals. I will order from them again and highly recommend them.

I asked a question and had a response in a couple hours. I placed the order and had a proof to view in less than a day. Once I approved it, the stone was made and on it's way. Whole process took less than 5 days until it was delivered. Once it arrived, the engraving of my picture more than met my expectations. This is something I hope I don't need again for a long while, but good to know where to go.
