Avoid. Horrific customer service. Mattress was delivered damaged. Can't to this day get customer service via contact form, email address or phone number provided. Paid through paypal so we opened a case for resolution. Finally someone responded and told us to return the damaged mattress for a refund. We had to cover costs of return via courier despite the damage not being our fault. Has been returned yet still no refund issued. I would advise AVOIDING this company at all costs

MISLEADING/FALSIFIED PRODUCT REVIEWS
I bought a memory foam mattress topper from Memory Sleep, mainly based on the 5* reviews, and the the fact that the topper was meant to help you remain cool with a coolmax cover on it. The mattress topper was very soft and the coolmax cover did not make any difference whatsoever in helping me keep cool. Memory sleep asked me to review the product I’d bought, which I did, stating the above facts. My review was not printed at all - I emailed Memory Sleep to enquire why my review was not included in the product reviews, suggesting they were misleading customers by only showing the 5* reviews but I have not had the courtesy of a reply. It seems the only reviews they show are 5* reviews, in which case they are misleading customers with false review ratings. Obviously I only discovered all the above after buying and trying the mattress topper, in which case I am unable to return. I ADVISE AVOIDING THIS COMPANY if they can so blatantly falsify customer ratings and satisfaction.
