Failed to answer my email despite having my email address and phone number would not touch them again Ben was extremely rude via email telling me "enjoy the sunshine" I'm 70 miles away from him what and rude idiot

Thank you for your review. However i think it’s probably fair to give the readers some more information on this matter so they have the whole picture.
You emailed us last night at 10pm. Like most business we are closed at night.
You then emailed again at 1.00pm today. Telling us we were rude that we had not responded to you yet.
As explained in our email to you. We open at 9.00am on a Saturday, we also explained that we are a small family business and deal with our customers and enquiries in the order that we receive them. Unfortunately in the 4 hours of being open we were still busy dealing with customers and enquiries that came before yours.
We would of course have respond to your email today we just needed a little longer than 4 hours.
Your response to that, was to tell us that our service was not good enough and we should look out for your trust pilot review and that you wouldn’t touch us with a barge pole.
Once again my apologies that 4 hours was not a satisfactory response time to your enquiry.
