Total scam. Same experience as all the other reviews. Boots for $68 were trash and they offered a 15% refund, which I did get. Return shipping would have been $100 by USPS. Threw the boots in the garbage.

Do not use this company I recieved an item nothing like they showed in the picture. I returned them 7 weeks ago first class and i'm still waiting for my refund. they reply to my emails and it's the same reply evrytime. we have not recieved them yet and will give you your refund you when we receive. Very bad do not use.

They sent me the wrong coat and never answered my complaint. SCAM

I purchased an item from Menhill & it did not fit. Multiple times I was told to send it back at my cost & I would get a refund. Problem is they are in CHINA and the return shipping cost was $70+ for a $17 item. My credit card company won't help since I did not return the item.
Lesson learned DO NOT BUY FROM ‘MENHILL' in CHINA and DO NOT BUY until you read the CUSTOMER REVIEWS' for any company! In this case, customer reviews were (are) 94%+ NEGATIVE for MENHILL company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you do, you will certainly REGRET IT, plus you WILL ALSO certainly LOSE YOUR MONEY, just like throwing it away, and NEVER GET IT BACK!
STAY AWAY FROM ‘MENHILL’ company, they DEFINATELY WILL screw you!

After waiting for about 8 weeks for my jacket and boots they finally arrived today. I excitedly opened the packaging to my boots first. Listed as 'vintage style' to say that this breaches every kind of known trading standards law is a massive understatement. I was first met with the foul stench of industrial plastic shoe, which i can only assume had been sprayed with aerosol nail polish. I mean you would be a walking fire hazard just wearing these monstrosities, heaven forbid you try to stamp out a cigarette! Next was the colour. Rather than the rustic, worn dark brown that i was expecting, they are bright brown. I can only presume when choosing the right pantone colour, the 'designer' chose the shade entitled "post vindaloo squitz". Absolutely vile and my girlfriend had this strange half laughing, half pitying look which spoke volumes about what kind of level of abuse one could expect should you ever step outside wearing these. Oh, they are also made of a plastic which couldnt be further from leather if they tried. Needless to say, my excitement of opening the coat was diminishing by the nanosecond, but ever the optimist i unwrapped the second package.
The jacket in the picture on the model looked like thick, high quality wool, very fashionable and stylish.
What fell out of the plastic bag was the sort of jacket that no man in their right mind would ever been seen dead in. Seriously, this was some fancy dress level joke.
The cheapest polyester, foul in colour like a putrid blue grey piece of faux velvet, hastily sewn together by a colour blind seamstress in some sweatshop. Completely shapeless, like it was cut for the man with the physique of Kim Jong un but with far less taste and style. The 'p*ss de resistance' (deliberate spelling) was the 3 huge mock gold insignia-laden buttons down the front. With tears in my eyes, for sh*ts n giggles i donned said jacket, and i can honestly say i have never felt like such a massive loser in my life. It was like something Dame Edna Everage would wear. Needless to say, I am woefully disappointed.
I've read that it's not even worth bothering trying to get your money back from these complete scam artist little b*stard crooks, as they don't refund you and have the audacity to try to charge you for all the shipping costs back to their sweat shop.
Oh well, £108 lost, I guess it could be worst and at least I know if I am ever running short of fire lighters, those shoes will work wonders.
So kids, heed these words. This really is a dire and urgent call of buyers beware !

Menhill fashion BEWARE ... It’s been over the 15 day shipping period , add another 3 weeks on still not arrived. The product ( hat) $25 has still not arrived paid for shipping with tracking however the tracking number is invalid and their responses is “international weather trouble”.

Worst piece of crap shoes. Beware total scam… Not even good fake leather. Totally false advertising and unbelievably ugly shoes that smell like the cheap imitation plastic they’re made of. Man I wish I would have stumbled on this site before I got jacked for $68.

Cheap Chinese knock-off product that looked nothing like the picture. I was conned out of almost $80 for a pair of boots that weren't worth $5.

Stay away from this retailer. Buyer beware!

oh my word!!! I could not believe how beautifully horrible the boots were that arrived at my door. My kids asked " is this a joke? Are these for a costume?.

My wife was laughing so hard she could not speak, I had no words to describe what an utter and complete scam this is, I am trying to get a refund as we speak. again no words can describe how ridiculius these boots are and the quality is like a child built them in grade school, and you are supposed to say, ahhh look they tried so hard

If I could give them a negative ten I would..Worst company ever.. worst customer service ever .. please, never, ever buy from this scam company. They are the worst! What they send you is nothing like what you order.. their terms of service say if it is not what you ordered or wrong in some way THEY pay the shipping. They won’t respond to your emails.. won’t give you an address to ship.. I opened a case with PayPal, which was useless as they want me to ship the items back, when I’m not responsible for shipping.. they don’t communicate.. 2 months later.. still can’t return.. they still won’t communicate.. they suck.

BEWARE! I purchased boots from the Menhill site. They were listed as "leather" boots. When I received them they were cheap vinyl and glued together. They looked like something from a cheap costume. I contacted Menhill and they said that I could return them but I would have to pay to ship back to China. It is not documented in the return policy that the customer is responsible for return shipping especially to China. It would cost more to ship then the cost of the product. Plus I would have no guarantee that they make it to the return department to get a refund. Additionally there is a toxic smell coming from the boots. I had to put them in the garage to get the smell out of the house. I have opened up a case with PayPal for return.

1) QUALITY: The boots I received look nothing like the boots on the MENHILL website & on Pinterest. The quality is so poor I thought it was a joke. They look like shoes made for a doll or Halloween costume. I think the soles are actually plastic. The leather is actually .....well I don't know. Some manufactured Chinese crap. I would not be caught dead wearing this trash.
2) CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY: They absolutely do not want this trash back in China either. Their landfills are already filled with trash like this. They insist that you pay all shipping and Customs fees amounting to more than the price of the boots! They will then offer you a 10% refund not to return them. The maximum refund is only 20%. A total SCAM.
***If you still think that buying anything from MENHILL is a decision you might ponder, I would suggest having your head examined. Your money would be better spent if you just threw your money into the road.

Horrible service. I ordered boots from them and I received something that wasn’t even close to the picture. They were cheap plastic junk. Then when I emailed for either the boot in the picture or a refund they told me I had to pay shipping back to China where the junk came from. They were brutal to deal with DO NOT Buy from this site

I bought a pair of size 10.5 regular shoes for $109.50. I received 10.5 narrow. I was told I would have to pay return shipping to China ($79.50) or they could refund me 10% of the purchase price( $10.95).
Nowhere on the website do they tell you that the shoes are shipping direct from China and would have to be shipped back to China even if it is their mistake. Do not buy from these crooks.

Pinterest should prevent them from advertising on their website

I strongly recommend that you do not purchase anything from this web site or any other one associated with Juli Chic.

The photographs of the clothing are misleading at best so DO NOT expect the item to look like it does on their web site.

And don't expect to be able to return an item either. As they do not respond to emails and have no other contact information.

I have had to open a dispute with PayPal in an attempt to get the the jacket returned.

If you like a simple life don't buy from these people!

Garbage shoes. Cheap and absolutely unusable. Not what you see in the pics. I can't believe I paid this much for something that I just tossed in the garbage.

I ordered some leather boots from an add on Pinterest. The boots came and they were not leather. They are cheap pleather boots that you would by for a costume.

This company is making big money scamming trustworthy consumers and understand that most consumers will not bother with their ridiculous return policy, which you have to send them an email to request a return.

I recommend you stay far away from this company!

I ordered some awesome leather boots from Menhill that popped up on my Pinterest. When I received them a month later from China it was a completely different product. The boots were pleather with a plastic heel and no sole. I laughed for about ten minutes after opening the package because they were so bad. The quality is that of doll shoes or a bad halloween costume. I tried them on out of curiosity and they were so uncomfortable that I couldn't help but wonder if the person who made these "shoes" had ever even worn shoes. Don't try to return them because they will tell you that you're responsible for shipping and customs fees. What a scam of a business. Good for a laugh if you have $100 to throw away.
