Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend

Ordered another print back in March, having ordered prints multiple times before. Never received it so contacted Zoe in June and she never responded to the last message. Really disappointed and despite the previous prints being perfect, I wouldn’t recommend.
Haven’t had the money back either!

Avoid at all costs!!

I ordered a portrait costing £50 in March. After many back and forth messages sent on Instagram I was then promised a refund at the end of June as my order had still never been posted.
Zoe promised me every week over Instagram that my order would be with me the following week and apologised for the delay but of course it wasn’t. I lost all hope in receiving my portrait so I then asked for a refund.

I’m so frustrated as I have ordered a portrait from this company before and had no issues so I don’t know what happened this time.

I received an email today informing me the company has now closed and all social media has been taken down.
Again, I still have not received any refund for my order placed nearly 4 months ago.

Do not order from this woman! She takes your money then ignores messages for days, when she does respond she fobs you off. I am still waiting on my refund which is being pursued by my bank. I ended up getting a better canvas made elsewhere with great service and within a week. Do not order from here unless you want a very very poor service and ripped off!!’

Do not use

Very dissapointed, ordered a canvas as a gift for a birthday,after 8 weeks and the birthday passed we contacted Zoe and was told we would receive the proof that night which we did and we ok'd. However since then we haven't received an actual digital copy, the canvas paid for or any more correspondence. We have sent another 2 emails with still no reply. We have ordered many times before and had no issues so do not understand what has gone on. We will now look at contacting our bank but my advice would be not to order from this company as we have lost £55

No refund received

No refund received
I cannot get through to meow and beagle after many attempts as they state they are now closed. I then left a review on here and got their standard reply we have closed and emails and refunds have been sent but…. No email or refund received!! Very shoddy communication and no care that we have spent well earnt money that they were quick enough to take and zero interest in replying to us in person or refunding our money. A standard response is not good enough when clearly they have not emailed or refunded.
*EDIT so I cannot get any response to my emails from meow and beagle yet they keep responding to me on here with a standard reply advising they have replied via email and refunded me. There are no emails in my junk folder and there is no refund in my account. PLEASE respond personally to my EMAILS to resolve.

Done a runner with money and disappeared

I got the proof emailed to me Thursday 3rd March whilst I was away.

Tried to approve the proof a couple of days later, and the website has disappeared, no replies to emails, social media platforms for this lady have all disappeared so it looks as though she’s just done a runner 🤷🏼‍♀️

Long wait

I ordered a pet portrait for my son in the first week of December last year . I knew it probably wouldn’t be ready for Xmas but wasn’t to bothered if it was a little late. There correspondence all went to my junk mail so I lost my order number and just hoped it would turn up at some point. It hadn’t arrived so In January I chased it up and got an annoying reply saying they would get back to me they didn’t so I emailed them again and was told to expect a 2-3 week turn around and this could be longer for Xmas . Cut a long story short my son got his Xmas present on Valentine’s Day . I didn’t think it was a great portrait but just wanted to give my son the present he was missing. I will not be going back again the service is dreadful and I don’t appreciate being talked to via email like a six year old - just because we want a portrait of our pet doesn’t mean we’re all daft! My own beagle died this year and my lovely girls contacted a young lady on Facebook who sketched my dog for me overnight and it was a hell of a lot cheaper - something I treasure as my dogs death had been a dreadful accident and a shock . Do yourself a favour and don’t use meow and beagle.

Thank you for your review from December 2020.

My last order date for Christmas orders has always been the end of October, as I am one artist and I do get very busy around Christmas time. My processing times for artwork previews to be sent are also 3-6 weeks. Any orders placed after this date are not guaranteed Christmas delivery. In the new year of 2021, unfortunately there was many postal delays and issues, so I apologise your item did not arrive until the 11th February.

Regarding my emails, I am unsure which emails you are referring to, I definitely do not mean to come across in any negative way or make my customers feel silly or upset.

I was also unaware of any issues with your pet portrait order, as your reply was positive. With every order I am happy to do any artwork changes, as mentioned in my preview email and website.

I’m sorry I failed to meet your expectations Barbara. I do value my customers’ opinions and would like to thank you for bringing these points to my attention.

Great service and lovely portraits :)

Ordered three individual pet portraits, I was given updates on my order and the delivery time was within that stated when placing my order. I am very pleased with the quality of the portraits and have had family members also comment on how lovely they are. I would highly recommend and would definitely order again in the future. Thank you :)

Absolutely rubbish I ordered 16th March…

Absolutely rubbish I ordered 16th March and they sent me the final picture on 26th April and I still haven’t received the printed version I’ve tried to message them multiple times since and they haven’t messaged back at all I’m very disappointed in this company 100% would not recommend at all.

Lovely picture, not so lovely wait.

My order was placed and four weeks later I received the proof to approve. The image recreated is excellent, I love it and I’m sure my brother in law will too. I’ve only given 3 stars as the website advised that the order should be received within 1-5 days after approving. After 2 weeks I hadn’t received anything so I chased for an update. I received a reply stating ‘you can expect your order in the next few days’ a week later I chased again (Saturday) my order arrived Wednesday. From approving the image to receipt 30 days.

Just to add, the recipient was blown away by how great the image of Max was, they were thrilled with it.

Awaiting artwork or a refund…

Placed an order...despite emailing there is still no sign of artwork. Suppose to be a birthday gift which has now passed. Won’t give a refund as I should have cancelled within 24 hours. I didn’t expect such a long lead time otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered.

Be ready to wait ages for your order

The image is all right and made acceptable gift,which was given a month later than the occasion, because the processing times took way too long.I had to chase multiple times for updates and got my initial draft more than 4 weeks after purchasing and the printing and posting took 18 days after the final imaged was confirmed. If you decide to buy, be prepare to wait for ages or plan months ahead for a gift.

Terrible service

We ordered a print in plenty of time to be delivered as a special birthday present, the experience that followed was probably the worst service we have ever had. Didn’t answer emails or messages through their website. Eventually the print turned up a week late which ruined the idea as a present.Not the best of prints at that (bad quality). Haven’t complained as probably won’t get a response. Avoid at all costs and use someone else.

Firstly, thank you for your review however, I am a little confused by some of the comments made as I have responded to every email I have received from yourselves, if you like I can send these across to you. I also mentioned in one of my responses asking which emails you where referring to, as I had responded to all emails I had received from you and wondered if there was possibly some technical error.

Regarding the order being late as mentioned in my emails that I sent back to you, In the new year I have found that I have experienced shipping delays so my orders have not been dispatched as quickly as they usually would and as soon as I had an update, your order would be updated.

Regarding a ‘bad quality print’ you did approve the artwork with the words;

‘Love the pic I’m more than happy to print’

If however you are referring to the paper I print on, the paper is high quality printing paper, so this also confuses me.

Disappointing product and customer service

Very disappointed with this service. Would not recommend. Totally over priced. Delivery to Ireland took 2.5 months (suggested delivery time is 2-4 weeks). Customer service was poor when I emailed to complain about the delay after 2 months. No solutions offered. Overall, the prints are fine but worth about 10% of what I paid for them, particularly given the delay in delivery.
