B2 service on a GLC extended into a 5th hour; service department had scant knowledge of the vehicle and I was not provided with ‘before and after’ results of 4 wheel alignment. Not impressed and may well not return to M-B Exeter.

Took my Mercedes A200d to Mercedes Benz Exeter to investigate a fault with my car alarm .
Once contacting them my car was booked in for an early appointment two days later.
I took my car in and there was a really nice courtesy car waiting for me.
All details relevant to my car alarm fault were taken and the young lady ( Alice Hardman) was excellent with her customer service. She told me that she would contact me as soon as the service dept had located the alarm fault.
Alice contacted me later that day to say that the car required a whole new part which would be fitted later that day. It was explained that the car would hopefully be ready for collection late afternoon, or if preferable, I could collect it in the morning.
I chose to collect in the morning, my car was neatly parked right outside the reception area, ready for collection.
Everything with the alarm had been rectified by fitting a complete electrical control panel ( this was done under the car warranty )
This was the first time I had dealt with Mercedes Exeter and I have to say how impressive the whole site is, the reception, showroom,customer waiting area ( with the complimentary tea and coffee ) was really fantastic.
I have to say every member of staff i dealt with were a credit to their organisation, they were knowledgeable, friendly and all were superb with their customer interaction.
A very special thank you to Alice Hardman who looked after my car problem from start to finish, Alice should be considered for a future management position.
I thoroughly recommend Mercedes Exeter, they are an excellent dealership with superb staff.

As said previously, the complete experience was seamless and well conducted. From the initial breakdown (puncture) to the subsequent service. All the little things were done without mentioning them.

I recently bought a new car form Mercedes South West. My contact was George Hood, who sourced the exact make/model/spec/colour I wanted. He handled all the paperwork I needed to fill out which was all done efficiently online. I picked up the vehicle within three weeks. The handover was perfect. This was the best interaction I;ve ever had with a car dealer and I can't recommend them enough

I bought a car and gentlmen the served me was MO CHOWDHURY. The service was excellent as he helped me understand a lot of things that I was unaware of. Highly recommend to anyone. I bought my a class AMG on the 28th of may. Can't go wrong with a German motor and brilliant customer service.

My whole experience with purchasing my new GLC300 in Verde Silver was a real joy with Luke Bland steering me through each process, updating me on delivery dates (which I was very pleased, came through much quicker than originally estimated), listening to my hesitance with modern technology and clearly explaining it to me. Handover was very professional and informative and Luke programmed everything I asked him to do and more. I cannot fault Luke's dedication to me, his customer, and he is an absolute credit to Mercedes Exeter's high standards of customer service.

Made buying my new car very nearly painless (apart from parting with the money). Everything dealt with very efficiently and promptly. Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable and he certainly knows his way round the intricacies of the mercedes in-car computer system.

I had a mobile service which was excellent and saved time in not having to travel. The engineer was very pleasant and polite and conducted the service in a very reasonable time.

We take our mercedes in for it's yearly service a and MOT and always get 1st service from MB in Exeter. We were dealt with by Mike and he was very efficient and pleasant.
